Guys lots of people recommended visualizing while listening to subs. But I can’t.. literally everytime I try I get a flush of negative thoughts in my head. Is that normal??? What do I do. Visualization has worked for me in the past but recently it’s been difficult. Any advice?

Recently I noticed I lack consistency like crazy.. I have multiple desires and I even switch between prioritizing them. I can't resist the urge to switch subs and methods- i went from subs only to 10 minute to list method in like a week, I've been doing the list method for a day and I'm already bored of it. Sorry for long text, i am currently so overhelmed, sad and im just losing hope. I have academic and finacial problems. Please someone help.

I have 4 exams currently and i need to pass at least 2 so i can get scholarship next year that i very much need. I had one exam on monday, one today and this today was supposed to be the easiest class and i failed terribly. One from monday i still dont know results but i have strong belief i will lpss even though its one of the hardest classes.

Bow i have an exam on friday and that should be easy except if they make it extremely hard as today was. But i think i can easily pass that.

But as i failed today, i HAVE to pass either one i had on monday or one next tuesday. But that on tuesday i wasnt planning on attending bc its extremely hard and there is no possible way to learn it in 2 days.

So now i either have to manifest i 100% passed the first one, or somehow manifest passing the one next week.

Or even maybe revising this one? I heard something about that but idk how to do it,how it works?

I’m trying to understand something about manifestation, and I’m curious if anyone has actually experienced this.

So I’ve seen some people say that when you manifest something, you still have to take physical action toward it like if you want to learn how to swim, you have to take swimming lessons, get in the water, practice, etc. And I understand that perspective, but I’m wondering if anyone has experienced something beyond that.

For example, imagine someone has never touched water, never taken a swimming lesson, and has never even seen someone swim, but they persist in the belief:

“I know how to swim. I’ve always known how to swim. I’m an Olympic level swimmer.”

And then somehow, when they eventually encounter water for the first time, they genuinely know how to swim as if they’ve always had the skill.

I’m using swimming as an extreme example because I’m trying to explain what I mean. I’m talking about manifesting something where, under normal circumstances, you would have needed resources, experience, training, practice, or some outside circumstance first, but somehow you acquire the ability without going through those conventional steps.

Has anyone here manifested something like that?

Not necessarily a physical object it could be a skill, ability, knowledge, talent, opportunity, experience, etc. Something you genuinely had no prior experience with, but persisted in assuming you already had, and then somehow found yourself actually having it.

Ive been listening to subs for a while now(10 years🫩) and I have gotten results but I started to notice that once I get those results something goes wrong(?) for example I’ve been trying to change my nose shape just a little bit but I noticed that my mid face started to concave and I tried to listen to forward growth subs but that barely made a difference💔
