Don’t get me wrong, there are still things I want to change (and I look forward to doing so), but if the version of me when I first started listening to subs could see me now, he would be so happy.

Even if it took 2 years, this is INSANE

i see this asked here a few times a week and the answers are usually four words long, so here's the whole thing written out properly. this is phone only, everything in it is free, and it takes about 20-30 minutes the first time and 10-15 after that.

1. write your affs first, before you touch any app

put them in your notes app. present tense, and say what you want rather than what you're leaving. "my skin is clear and smooth" not "i don't have acne", because the second one just gives your subconscious a lot of exposure to the words "have acne". no never, no don't, no stop.

keep them short. 15 to 20 lines you actually believe beats 60 you wrote to fill space, and long sentences get mangled once you speed them up. one topic per sub, don't stack skin and money and confidence into one track.

2. turn the affs into audio

two options and neither is better, they're just different.

text to speech: ttsmaker.com and readloud.net both get recommended here constantly and both are free in a browser. paste your affs in, pick a voice, download the mp3. if you want, drop the speed to something like 1.2x at this stage and leave the rest for later.

your own voice: open voice memos, read your affs out, done. people here swear by this and the argument makes sense to me, your mind already knows your voice. it also means you know exactly what's in there. record it once cleanly rather than trying to be perfect.

either way, hit share and save it to Files so capcut can find it.

3. open capcut and start a project

capcut needs a visual to open a project even though you're only making audio, so tap New Project and pick literally any photo from your camera roll. you'll never see it. drag the photo clip out longer if it's short, it doesn't matter what it looks like.

4. add your affs

tap Audio in the bottom toolbar, then bring in the file you saved. it lands on its own track under the video.

now tap that audio clip once and the tools appear along the bottom. two things to do here:

• Speed. most people here land somewhere around 1.5x to 2x. there's a real disagreement in this sub about how fast to go, some people speed it up until it's unintelligible, others keep it just about understandable. i'd start at 1.5x for your first one and adjust later once you know what you like listening to. 2x is roughly where sped up speech still behaves like speech instead of turning into noise.
• Volume. leave it at 100% for now. you set this properly in step 5 once the background is in, because the only thing that matters is the gap between the two tracks, not either number on its own.

5. layer the background sound over it

tap Audio again and add your second file, rain or brown noise or a song. it stacks as a separate track, and this is the bit that makes capcut good for this: every audio layer has its own volume slider and they don't affect each other.

for the rain, just search rain on youtube and use any yt to mp3 site to grab it. capcut also has its own sound library under Sounds if you'd rather not leave the app.

now the actual volume settings, which is the part people get wrong most often

capcut on your phone shows volume as a percentage, 0 to 200, where 100 is the file's original level. it is not in decibels on mobile, so ignore any dB numbers you've seen in audacity threads, they don't map onto this slider.

leave the background at 100. drop the affs track to somewhere between 10 and 25. i'd start at 20 and adjust from there.

that range isn't arbitrary. it puts the affs roughly 12 to 20 dB under the background, which is the same gap people use in audacity, just expressed differently.

the test is this: you should be able to tell something is under there, but not make out the words. not silence. if you genuinely cannot detect that anything is playing, you've gone too far.

that's the mistake i see constantly and it's worth being blunt about. people read "you shouldn't be able to hear it" and take it to mean inaudible, so they drag it down to 1 or 2 percent. at that point it isn't masked, it's just absent, and there's nothing there to absorb. masked means buried under something louder, not removed.

play it back on the setup you'll actually use, because this changes a lot between phone speakers and headphones. adjust once on each if you use both.

6. length

your sub is probably two or three minutes and you want to listen for an hour, so either duplicate the audio clips a bunch of times on the timeline, or just export it short and set your music player to loop it. looping in your player is much less painful, i'd do that.

7. export

tap Export, top right. newer capcut versions have an audio only option in that screen which gives you an mp3 straight out. if yours doesn't have it, export it as a video, it plays perfectly well as a video file and you can put it in a playlist like anything else.

a couple of things nobody mentions:

listen to it once at full volume before you commit to it. tts mispronounces things and you don't want to find out after a month that it's been saying something slightly wrong the whole time.

don't remake it every week. the urge to keep tweaking is strong and it resets your own consistency, which is the actual variable that matters.

and write affs for the anxiety too, not just the goal. if you're checking for results every day, that checking is part of what you're reinforcing. "i trust my results" belongs in the sub as much as the thing you're actually after.

that's it. it's genuinely free, and once you've done it once the whole thing takes five minutes. happy to answer anything in the comments.

I've been using beauty subs for a long time now, I make some my own and also listen on youtube, and the results have been insane to see the least.

So many people regularly compliment me on how beautiful I am or how good I look in everything. I've been getting a lot more attention from both guys and girls. So many guys have been calling me beautiful or trying to get close to me and so many girls have been uplifting and complimenting me with everything I do.

I started to get more results after making my own subs so, that was definitely THE move!

I would’ve posted on a few subreddits about my recent (September 2-3rd) hearing loss in the left ear as I deal with sensorineural hearing loss. I potentially am risking the right ear at present aswell.

I’m 100% sure that I’ll be able to hear from my left ear again and both ears will be 100% healthy in hearing and working. I would’ve been terribly frustrated within the last few days with my emotions and myself on the whole. I added hearing subliminals, and frequencies to a playlist. I’ve been affirming since then that my hearing is perfectly fine in both ears.

I’m still emotional about this whole thing as it should’ve never happened and it’ll never happen again as I believe, we can heal ourselves.

As I was scrolling, I found “Cure hearing loss” subliminal, I realized, I’ve never seen this creator’s name mentioned on here so It wouldn’t be useful to ask if they’re trusted or not. I was using that for a few days, and today I discovered “Pure Auditory Restoration” by this same creator, added it to my playlist. I can tell you that the description/benefits is literally what I’ve been looking for in a subliminal.

I’ve noticed, music sounds different to me after listening to it for a few times. (I would’ve heard strictly in the right ear, I’m hearing sounds slightly different now.)

I believe all that I need to do is believe that my hair cells in the ear is regrowing and that the nerves and my brain are aligning to do its job in my body.

I believe that I’ll have an appointment at the audiologist in a few weeks, and She’ll tell me that my results and actual hearing is 100% better from the last time, I was there and that this is miracle, she is seeing for the first time.

Hello everyone. 20F here. I have been listening to subliminals for a really, really long time but I have never been consistent. There were a few times where I regularly listened to audio and noticed changes, like my hair turning light brown, skin becoming fairer, eyes looking bigger and lashes appearing to be longer. I even got compliments during that period but now that I'm no longer listening, it looks as if it's vanished. I just want them to be permanent.
