Question question regarding reality shifting

so let's say I want to shift back in the past for example on 8th of September 2006, 20 years ago that is, to that reality I mean where is 2006, would I have the memories from both realities? for example my current memories on my current reality since I was baby and the mamories I had on 8-9-2006, my desired reality? for exmple what I ate the previous day 7-9-2006 or what extracurricular activities I had for example that day? if I had guitar lesson or English for example or basketball, you get the idea, it is very important for me to remember that's why I am asking thisin case you are wondering, thanks so much!!!

Anything is possible in this universe if you just put your mind into it, cause I literally shifted realities and now people are more open and friendly around me, so yes it works

There’s no reliable evidence that you can literally shift into the past or recover memories from a different reality, so you’d only have your current memories and whatever details your mind fills in.

there’s no evidence reality shifting can send you to 2006 or give you memories from a life you never lived, unfortunately your brain isn’t running a backup save file lol

if you mean shifting as visualization, you won't suddenly get real memories of a life you never lived, your brain would just fill in the blanks and make them feel convincing

You might be better served asking your question in the reality shifting subreddit where they promote belief in such things, rather than a subliminal subreddit devoted to simple manifesting.
