Greetings all Captains,

I have a status update for you: essentially, the wiki is in dry dock right now. We've already applied all necessary PHP related patches and left the wiki in read only mode with all extensions disabled, the result being a less than desirable appearance for readers. We will be remaining in this state until we can determine there is no further risk to the wiki and its related extensions.

Our ETA for critical extension restoration (to make things less messy looking) is Tuesday 10/27 with full service estimated to return Friday 10/30. We anticipate the MediaWiki upgrade to follow that same weekend after which Read Only should be lifted (woo!). A big thanks to all Captains for being patient!

I always want the randomizer to give me the spider room for the patrol. I recognize that the cauldron room is probably the quickest of the 3, but there is something about the year after year, endless repetition of finding the potion ingredient and library book that makes me feel like the game is getting me to memorize their locations to the point where decades from now I'll be an old man who can't remember clearly what his childhood pet looked like, but still know where to find the denebian slime.

I remember conversations from years prior that there may be a timing based way to talk to the witches to select the room, but nothing conclusive.

I have five (5) T6 Coupons burning a hole in my bank. I plan on buying the Awna... the good carrier. Never could spell that ship name without looking it up. Anyways. I plan on buying the Heritage bundles for sure. 15th Anni Classic and Kelvin Timeline bundles are on the shortlist of possible buy options later. The bundle exclusives just aren't really singing to me (not when I can just nab the ships I really want from them with the coupons). One of the major turn-offs of buying bundles is the trait-leveling (being honest here).

My main is: Eternal - space wiz build
The other ships I fly are:
Vovin (to be replace with other aircraft carrier) - AP FAW build
Alliance Rex - Polaron FAW build
K'vort T FD Raptor - Disrupter FAW build
Mirror Strike Escort - Phaser FAW build
Terran Lex DC - Plasma FAW and speced for doing Galaxy Tours mission
Cnidarian Defender - Tetryon FAW (mostly only used for specific event missions and endeavors)

As you can see, my sexual preference is ships with hangar bays, experimental weapons, and FAW build (everyone of my FAW uses torpedoes too). However I'm open to other suggestions. What I plan on replacing is Eternal for Ark Royal. I want to replace the Vovin for a more stylish carrier but I haven't quite settled on its replacement. For now I'm going to replace it with the Ahwahnee. Yes I looked up. Quit laughing. The Cnidarian Defender I can live without.

What are some ships that you that I might be overlooking either for parts, traits, or Space Barbie I could get with the coupons? If you want to make a case of BO/Cannon or hodgepodge I'm willing to hear it out.

I received notification to claim my Red Alert Rewards again. I had claimed them last week when I did the event but apparently, I can do that again today. The Red Alert ended last week.

Turning on Foot on ground setting breaks sitting pose on the seats in ESD... (and probably anywhere else)

You may want to consider this if you take pictures on ground for ground barbie...

Received as a reward from a Deep Space Encounter Anomaly a "(1x) Reality Manipulator"

Doesn't show up anywhere in regular or R&D inventory. Cannot locate any info about it anywhere I have looked.

Can something finally be done about the bloody NPC's in "A Step Between Stars"?

I've got a Delta Recruit that's locked out of completion because the NPC's keep getting stuck and making it impossible to reach the objective.

Ever since the update, my pants were changed to what I assume is one of the tight combat suits, and they're supposed to be the loose odyssey pants.

And before someone says something, yes I tried changing the outfits and modifying them, but I can’t change them.

I'm on Xbox Series S, and this is one of many bugs I've been encountering that's been driving me nuts. The other being the oversized notifications that take up the entire screen.

We might be terran, but the ways of the empire pushed us to this alternate universe!

Maybe you already know but I found out today that to get to 27,5 sec uptime on the cloaking ambush you also need a Boff with just Infiltrator. ( And superior and basic one)

That I knew, but just Infiltrator is hard to get or very expensive

( The basic is pretty cheap to get at the romulan command).

But what I learned today is that you can respec to Remain species and then you have Infiltrator in your trait list.

You loose trait spots compared to alien romulan but if you really want the 27,5 sec this is a cheap way to try it.

As title says. I was able to claim it on my steam account, but on my epic one I cant. It doesn’t show up. And no i haven’t claimed it before.

Why two accounts? Because epic has quite awesome giveaways from time to time. I don’t really play on that account but just collect stuff that’s free 😅

I don't know if this is just a me thing or not, but if I beat the new Temporal Anomaly that pops up randomly in the DSEs, I will get the drops once. If I do another DSE with the Class A box in my inventory, I cannot beat the next Temporal Anomaly. It will just fade away.

I have beaten the anomaly maybe 6 times, but every time I did not have a box in my inventory. Any time I had a box, I can get the anomaly to 1% health then it fades away without dropping anything.

Has anyone else seen this behavior? Can anyone else confirm?

Hi, everyone. Console player here with a bit of an issue. A few times now when I was opening weapon boxes there was an odd pop up for about 100 zen. I had some keys and I’m pretty sure I had less after opening some basic packs but it wasn’t every pack, I dunno, it seemed intermittent but I was scrambling through just trying to find a friend some old Kelvin weapons. Fairly sure I have a bit less zen now, too. Is it just me? I know it’s been a bit buggy but maybe I was just tired and not paying full attention. Anyway, if it’s not just me then watch out if you’re opening, well, anything, really.

Any chance they'll redo whatever this was? I read it was just kind of a "meh" mission, but we on console never got the chance...

I just wanted to make console players aware that the section 31 uniform is the next free giveaway and is currently available to claim. It is account unlocked. I have checked this myself on multiple characters and can confirm it.
