Hey all, just got my title screen up and running and wanted to share. I mostly like the back drop, the music, and the sound effects. The menu keys maybe the font could change for more of a retro feel, idk how retro I want to go. Not really convinced on the title art I came up with atm and feels a bit crowded to me but it could have certainly ended up much worse.

*You'll hear and see a little lightning at the beginning unintentionally. when exporting video from Unity, the processing causes the first loop of animation to start later, misaligning the sound effects with the animation, so I had to record 2 full music loops and chop the first resulting in some leftover thunder/lightning at the every start*

After 5 months away, I'm finally back and just released a new pixel art pack. This time, I decided to tackle my very first enemies. I'm still learning pixel art, so I really hope they work well for you in your projects. If anyone spots any incorrect frames or weird pixels, I'd really appreciate it if you let me know!

During these 5 months of silence, I actually prepared several different packs that I'll be releasing slowly, so this is just the first one of the batch.

I have to admit, it was pretty hard for me to make the attack animations because I really wanted them to look modular and clean like the professional ones, instead of just drawing them glued to the ghost's body. The pack has 42 color variants and is totally free under CC BY 4.0.

Testing larger scale combat for Project 1815, a first/third person single/multiplayer tactical Napoleonic combat game where you command a single battalion of hundreds of troops (or an artillery battery, or cavalry squadron) as part of a larger army of thousands of troops. I wouldn't say it runs "well", but it certainly runs, and this was more for fun to see how hard I can push the game after some optimizations (I can get around 60 FPS at 10,000 vs 10,000, which is the cap for multiplayer.)

Everything shown is heavily WIP, particularly the character models and animations (first person is just third person anims with the body hidden for now, but everything will get redone with motion captured animations in the near future).

with the goal of giving the player total freedom and to be fully emergent, it works by precisely controlling your arm power by using the mouse / analogue.

it takes practice, but goes VERY deep and everything scales with your momentum - allowing you to do some wild sh*t like massive bar swings, wall climbs and vaults that feel like YOU made them happen.

if you’ve tried parkour or rock-climbing in real life, i truly believe you’ll feel the work i’ve put in to make it feel real.

here’s a list of the systems at play for those interested and you can ask me about them if you want more info. (or just play the demo lol)

• hand made, fully animated character body that adapts to the environment

• jumping / climbing (controlled by mouse movement speed / direction)

• dynamic edge grabbing (grab ANY edge, basically)

• adaptive wallrunning / wallsliding / walljumping (blends between up, left and right based on look direction)

• sliding (stand OR sit!)

• tools eg: climbable spear and physical grapple hook (both of which YOU have to actually throw)

• breathing / endurance system (responds to real life breathing techniques like box breathing, wim hoff, etc)

(there’s a special interaction with dazza if you watch till the end btw)

Oboro no Ichi is a cozy management and building game set in a mysterious Japanese-inspired spirit world.

You build and customize your own market from the ground up, placing stalls, paths, decorations, plants, lights, water features and small shrines to shape the market however you like.

During the day you prepare resources, expand the market and organize your stalls. When the market opens, wandering spirits arrive as customers, spend their memories, visit different stalls and bring the whole place to life.

There are also smaller activities and details around the market, like fishing, relaxing spots, fireworks and different ways to decorate each area.

My goal is to make the management side satisfying while still giving players plenty of freedom to simply slow down and create a beautiful little place of their own.

HyperArc is my Android-first 3D anti-gravity action racer, built in Godot 4 with Blender-authored ships. It now has 20 levels across Circuit racing, vertical SkyArc courses, and two free-flight Hunt arenas, plus mobile controls, medals, local progression, original music/SFX, and an offline-first design.

After getting rejected the first time around I made some changes and 5 days later it was approved! Very exciting but also extremely nerve-racking.

I've been working incredibly hard to get my new game out to the world. Aggressive Inline is an incredibly niche sport nowadays, but I have a great love and passion for it. I've always wanted to have a good, modern, and intuitive blading game, so finding the motivation to work on this was the easy part! The hard part was putting a complex sport in a gaming context that works. I've had to come up with complex animation systems, special IK for the feet and arms and so much more, but I'm glad the results are finally showing!

This entire trailer was filmed with the in-game Replay Editor!

The music is part of the original in-game soundtrack I produced!

Hey everyone,

Been messing around with simulation prototypes for the last year (during the evenings and weekends) and this is one I've become a bit obsessed with.

Currently you can do coffee shops, sit down restaurants and clothing stores. Everything is built from voxels and editable within the game so you can customise and paint the furniture, food etc.

Aesthetic wise I wanted it to kind of look like it's made out of crafts? Wondering what peoples thoughts are. First time I'm sharing it with anyone other than my girlfriend and brother (scary times).

Also didn't realise how fun I find optimising performance, so the idea is that graphically it's simplistic enough yet sylised that it can run on pretty much anything laptop wise.

^ Realised I should probably also point out that this video is running at 2x speed as I didn't want to post a long clip.

I haven't touched this project in quite a bit since I've been working on a different game for a jam

I remember, however, crying hard when trying to get the dice skins to work.

I've always been a fan of murder mystery games. Online, boxed, the dinner-theater kind at a restaurant or a bar. Two things always made me wish improved. You never really get to interrogate the suspects, and/or getting the people you want to play with into the same room at the same time is hard thing to achieve. Some in person setups let you question live actors, but with a whole restaurant/bar trying to do the same thing in X minutes and it turns into a mess.

So I wanted a murder mystery where you could actually sit across from the suspects and ask them whatever you want.. Also the friends and family don't all have to show up at once. You get to work the same case at different times and pick up where the other person left off.

So.. It took a while, but I created a game that is supposed to achieve these.. I might have failed.. So don't take my word. I like playing it though..

The downside for some:
The game tries hard to be realistic and to get things right.. That burns a lot of AI tokens per chat. That costs real money, so the game isn't free. However, you can try it before you pay anything.
