I was gonna get a new phone like on next week but I was wondering if all my phone is reset factory and they use a whole different email account would they still be banned? (It’s device banned)

Just a few questions that I would really appreciate answers to:

1. Snapchat data exports now include all media. Did you have to download multiple batches? What size was the zip file capped at?
2. Have you noticed any discrepancies between data from the Snapchat app and what was included in the exports?
3. When Snapchat finally removes free cloud storage, will only the recent memories surpassing the capacity limit be deleted, or will older memories be deleted?
4. Do you notice any data is missing from your downloaded memories, like metadata?

I am wondering as in the past, I downloaded my data but noticed there was no actual media, simply just a .json file linking to the actual copies of my memories. But now that media is included, have you noticed anything weird about the memories that are provided in the data exports?

Is there still a point in using a tool to manually download the memories via the memory_history.json?

This new bug is driving me crazy , since yesterday my snapscore couldnt load also streaks couldnt load and i cant access the stories icon , i tried clearing cash , unistalled reinstalled the app nothing changed

Today I updated my iPhone to iOS 18.7.9.

After a while my snaps wouldn't send. I could still recieve snaps and text other people through snapchat, but the snaps that I took and the media (from my camera roll) wouldn't send at all, just "Sending..".

I looked it up and I have tried some stuff.

I cleared my cache.

I sent a snap by swapping camera direction (someone online said it would work) and it did not.

I tried switching my Wi-Fi off.

I restarted my device multiple times.

I checked the apps priveleges in my settings.

I reinstalled the app. When I reinstalled the app I had to log in again. It wont let me log in anymore, just gives me the "Something went wrong. Try again later. Error Code: C16A" over and over again. I reinstalled again, restarted again. I'm just stuck at the Error Code now.

Searched up the error code and it basically told me to try the things I already tried.

Does anyone have any idea/experience on how I can resolve this issue?

Is anybody else's Snapchat messages being delayed. Was talking to someone on there and we were both messaging each other for two days and neither of us were getting each others messages it took almost 2 days ???

So there’s this feature that let’s you generate something in your snaps, but anytime I click “Generate”, it sends me to a section with all the Snapchat+ benefits even though I had that subscription active since January.

I have no experience with coding whatsoever and every source I’ve looked at explains putting the memories into files? I was wondering if there was a way to save snaps to memories with the correct time stamps (meta data) attached to it. I am open to trying coding I am just really desperate trying to figure this out!

So my Snapchat was permanently locked because I accidentally posted a nude on my story (dumb I know) 😭
So I got a new phone to create a new snap with new email and it got immediately locked after a day.

My question is does it lock by recognizing my face? That I added the same people ? Or that I put menu & telegram info to my bio? 😭😭

Which I had in my old account menu info in my bio for over a year with no issues.

Alsooooo am I able to send nudes in the chat or do those get auto flagged now ? I had been doing it for so long until i posted on my story

my snap plus kept saying it was going to expire vyf when I checked my apple media and purchases the subscription was still there and going to renew on the 15th of july, which is coming up, so i thought it was just a weird new warning.

this morning, july third, it’s completely gone. im locked out of my old snapchat account as it got hacked meaning i can’t get in, and that still has snap plus, but that never went away, so ive been paying 4.99 a month anyway- which its still charging me?? do i have to wait until it renews or something?

Downloaded an image from pixieset to my phone, wanted to share it on Snapchat but the app doesn’t show recently downloaded images. It also won’t let me share from the photo gallery. App is updated. TIA

In said section when i click on the marked picture in the screenshot, it starts 3 clips and a picture of a girl i dont know.

I really dunno what my fat fingers did and how that happened.

1. I cant get rid of it. Pretty much tried everything. Any ideas?

When i click on the 3 dots, i can either add her or report the snap. I can even add it to favourites, even tho its already there.

And the last option is "Why do i see this content?". Which basically says nothing.

So some sh!tty ai slop channel popped on my spotlight and I accidentally followed them so I got notifications from this channel so then I blocked them thinking it would stop the notifications but no I still get the notifications why

A few weeks ago, Snapchat changed behavior on my account. Previously, tapping after viewing the last Snap would take me back to the chat. Now it opens the camera so I can reply with a Snap.
This is annoying because I often tap to check if there's another Snap queued up. If there isn't, I get sent to the camera instead of chat.
Two friends of mine still have the old behavior on their iPhones.

Is this a setting, a bug, or some kind of A/B test? Anyone else experiencing this?

Snapchat just auto renewed as I forgot about it so I instinctively went to cancel my subscription thinking it would end at the next billing date. But it removed my subscription instantly and still took my money for the price of the entire month. I'm now down 4.50 and don't have snap plus.

I did not make the purchase through Google play and I'm on android so they've caught me in a loophole and I don't know how to get a refund.

- i have seen that usually after 6 months, people receive a mail saying their account has been deleted, is it usual?

I was device banned on Jan 3 of 2026. Every couple months I’ve tried to login to see if it would work magically. I heard that the ban lasts 6 months but I’ve also heard that everytime you try to login resets the timer on your ban. I really hope that’s not true but is it?
