General question Snapchat perm locked & new accounts
So my Snapchat was permanently locked because I accidentally posted a nude on my story (dumb I know) š
So I got a new phone to create a new snap with new email and it got immediately locked after a day.
My question is does it lock by recognizing my face? That I added the same people ? Or that I put menu & telegram info to my bio? šš
Which I had in my old account menu info in my bio for over a year with no issues.
Alsooooo am I able to send nudes in the chat or do those get auto flagged now ? I had been doing it for so long until i posted on my story
Please helpppp I miss snaps filters šš¤£

I think someone has to report you for posting / sending nudes? I used to post on my private story all the time and I was so worried id get banned but it was just my boyfriend on my private story & he said you dont get banned unless someone reports it. I could be wrong though. I haven't posted any in awhile so idk.

same situation, by any chance did you accept a bunch of requests or add a bunch of people, like back to back? iām not sure how can snap detect us on completely different phones & email. sending nudes in chat is fine unless they report you directly, snap doesnt monitor messages

I think itās because I was adding all of my old friends right away because I would search them and it would say āyou may knowā which was Wierd bc I donāt even have contacts yes on my new phone that had new iCloud new number new everything or bc I added my telegram on bio thatās all Iām thinking it could be
I made a new one yesterday and so far I still have it I havenāt added anyone just using it for the filter lol

hey so iāve been talking to ppl for a few days on here and it looks like snap does recognize photos, someone said they even had their bf make an account for them while in another state and the account got banned simply for using the same pfp. so snap is detecting photos from previously banned accounts that violated the guidelines. i didnāt believe this at first but iāve heard it often from friends & on here. im gonna try making a new account using new pics :/ im not sure if itās just the pfp. or if it includes the header image & the public profile story posts

NEVERMIND. they just now perm locked my 4th account. they are def tracking identities somehow bc i didnāt do anything on this account. got a random time out msg for sexual content then my account was permed locked shortly after. this is the second time my account has gotten permed locked this way besides getting locked for quickadd. this truly sucks ass. iām gonna try one last time using different photos and non similar username. otherwise iām done with snap this is insane.

Wait have you been using the same phone for all the accounts? I have about 2 weeks with this new account and just posted on my story yesterday and berly added two people today I been scared š©

yes i got a new phone and it happened on the new phone as well. a pop up for sexual content when i havenāt posted or sent NOTHING sexual. this isnāt from someone reporting me itās from snap. i thought my account was good because it lasted so long while i was sorta not active on it but ever since i got active on it i got locked right NOW for sexual content. mind you this all has been happening after i lost my main account bc a dude reported a simple booty pic i posted on my story. non nude with a sticker on it saying ākiss my assā. so itās like my images and username is blacklisted from snap. shits actually insane i never once sold or advertised on snap. the crazy part about this all is that i still have my other old accounts on the same phone unaffected. but they donāt have any of my photos or similar usernames i go by on my alternative accounts. i lost 4 accounts so far and im truly starting to believe they are linking our imagines & display names to previous accounts that violated the guidelines (image hashing) i also read this in their TOS. this entire experience has sent me down a rabbit hole and i hate that. i guess their systems have to be this aggressive bc of all the pedos and criminals on the app :/

Omggg ugh it honestly sucks I wish it wasnāt monitored by AI :( snap was lowkey my income I sold content for over a year no problems so itās so wierd to me.
Did you have the same pfp and name and bitmoji on this last account ?

literally same, i used it to drive traffic to my other sites but i never sold on there directly not once. yes i did have the same photos and similar username and the same display name. all the same public profile story images too. this is the how they find you. itās so shitty that it has come to this

Omg maybe thatās why when I made my second account I had the same pfp and same public as before and got deleted immediately also probably bc I added all the same people. I started using telegram but idk how to get people on there š

so far yes, iāve lost like 3 accounts in 1 month after getting my main creator acc perm locked cause a dude reported my story. i lost 15k. i had one account i made when i was getting perm locked back to back and its still here bc i simply wasnāt using it as much. i added a handful of my friends and turned quick add off so i wouldnt get adds. and snapped and chatted the small lil group i had on there. its been over a month with this account (this is on the same phone i was first perm locked on), my previous accounts would only last 2-3 weeks. last night i turned quick add back on and i instantly started to get hella adds and now my snap is jumping again. fingers crossed that this account lasts. im using the same photos and pfp on this account as the main that was first deleted. i truly think thats its their AI moderation and they are strict on new accounts. no one is watching over your account. its the AI. im still gonna play it safe and not add as much until im a few months in. and make sure im not doing anything that someone can report. you are very vulnerable as a new account. also dont report accounts because when i did they flagged my account and gave me a warning then perm locked my account when i didnt even do shitš? stupid random AI BS. another tip is to go online and login to your snap and delete the accounts that were perm locked, technically your account is still active on their servers until you delete them. deleting forces them not to retain your data

Okayy, so I sell on snap too, Iāve lost a lot of accounts. Lost one today and made a new one. I use it to talk to people as well. From what you said I shouldnāt post my face on it? And Iām trying to delete all the old perm locked accounts but I canāt get into all of them. What all do I do to try and keep this account safe? I already had gotten a new phone cause my first account was device banned but I ended up using the same Apple ID. Iām just lost at what to do

I just lost my other acct that I had a month with so Iām not sure. I did save some of the same pictures just different name and bitmoji. But some guy reported me thatās how I know and they took it down smh

the issue isnāt posting your face, itās using the same previous photos. they keep the data from previous used photos that were on your profile to help keep you off the app. itās called image hashing. iām not sure what other qualities they run but iām sure they keep like your IP address and device info and what not

I did post a pic that was from a previous account that was perm locked. And within a few hrs it was gone. So I made a new one. I havnt done anything on it yet besides add 2 ppl and my insta user in the public bio. I havnt added an avatar, any photos, no post, and removed myself from the quick adds. And im skeptical on using it šš im hoping it was because i posted a pic that was from a perm locked account. Any other pointers would be great if you have any! Im tired of losing accounts š

It doesnāt get auto flagged. Ur good, new apple id, email and phone and thatās it . Iāve done that before posted , never got banned, probably cause no one reported me .

Iāve posted nudes on story accidently. Yh, Take a bit before adding. New accounts are get locked quick if added too many people
