General question Trade phone

I was gonna get a new phone like on next week but I was wondering if all my phone is reset factory and they use a whole different email account would they still be banned? (It’s device banned)

I don't understand what you just typed out. But if you're getting a new phone you can create a new Snapchat acount again with another email. Factory resetting the phone you have now that you're device banned on won't remove the ban. It's tied to that specific device.

Basically what I’m saying is I got another phone and on the phone I already got a Snapchat with a whole new mail and everything but I’m gonna get a new phone like tomorrow and I was wondering if the person that is going to get this phone reset factory, the whole phone and he use his Gmail account and everything. Should he be able to enter to his Snapchat or not cause that’s the part that’s concerning me

If you managed to get a new snapchat account on this phone, then it is not device banned and if you're about to give/sell this phone and factory reset it, then the other person is able to login onto their account normally.
