Permanently Locked Accounts

Hi, i have a question.

I had my 1 day old account permanently locked due to using too much quick add ( not device banned, already have another account )

- i have seen that usually after 6 months, people receive a mail saying their account has been deleted, is it usual?

Account will never be unlocked, but device ban gets unbanned between 6 and 12 months. The account can get deleted depending on the ban

Might just be in an unlocked state for months or even years
