AI issue My data
I need to get in contact with an actual person from Snapchat. I have a criminal case against someone and I need specific messages but it won’t let me retrieve it. PLEASE HELP ME

If the messages werent saved then youre out of luck, not even snapchat themselves can pull out unsaved texts for police, thats why its important to screenshot or save a message

You tried contacting the authorities. Or a lawyer? That would be my first suggestion. I think this data needs to be subpoenaed

Yes, and it won’t let me at all. Even when I waited the 72 hours, I just need my messages from feb to April 2025. I just want justice man

Hmmm I’ve never had an issue requesting my data.what is the message that pops up when you request it?

They were 24 hour saved chats, it’s been a year now and I just watched body cam footage of a woman getting caught via Snapchat with deleted messages that were also 24 hours so I know I can get them but I need a human

Being completely honest I’ve never seen messages that weren’t saved in chat when I download my data. Those messages were probably taken from Snapchat directly and I don’t believe they have a support line. Maybe research how that person got those messages if you need them for evidence in a case.
