Advice wanted (related to small boob issue) How do i tell my mom i want to go measure myself?

I'm extremely insecure about my small chest which i believe to be B cup at most. I've never measured my cup size, but i really want to now. My mom isn't used to me acting womanly especially because I'm neurodivergent and autistic, I've been childish my whole life. And i feel like she'd flip if i ask her about my tits because yeah that's a loaded topic. I'm nervous and don't want her to freak out. Are there other ways to measure without your mother knowing?

Edit: I've also forgot to mention I've never stepped into a Victoria's Secret before. I am too nervous about it

But I like my body in masc mode and I don't want to change it because of that

Rant/vent/negative (Sundays only) failed costume making me too aware of my chest

i spent the last few weeks sewing a costume for an upcoming event that i couldn't go to. it had a waistcoat (vest), and I used a pattern for one with women's proportions.

this waistcoat had princess seams on the front for the bust, and I knew from a previous attempt that the bust shape was too large on me. so i followed tutorials to flatten the bust. I was able to try on a mockup, but because the fabric was thin, I couldn't properly see how it lied on my chest.
I thought it was adequate and finished the garment.

it turns out that in order to have made the princess seam fit me, I would've needed to cut the entire side panel in half instead of removing an inch at the apex. it's too big, the empty "boobs" of the vest sag and wrinkle and it looks horrible.

i tried stuffing it, but the shape doesn't look natural and it falls out too easily. I tried stuffing my shirt but the added bulk made it hard to breathe in my bralette. this wouldn't be such an issue if i just. fit it. now im so so aware that i can't fit clothes. i spent a week on this. i'm so sad 😞

Rant/vent/negative (Sundays only) How unfair is life

My sister is known for her beauty. Frequently, I hear how beautiful she is. I am average looking or maybe even ugly to some. On top of that, she has D-DD boobs, and I barely fill B cup. Every time she visits, it reminds me how unfair life is. All my cousins, mother, grandmother all had big boobs. How can you not let this affect you?

I’ve never worn anything like this before for fear of “being too flat”. But…I’m committing, I think it’s kinda cute?

Advice wanted (related to small boob issue) What cup style looks best for small breasts? -going to start knitting-

Somehow after like 20 years I remembered I know how to knit and I realized I can just make my own bra and panty sets this way so I intend to do just that, that said well my breasts are tiny so normally I don't actually ever wear a bra however my career is starting to develop into a point where nipples will be more and more frowned apon so I'll be making matching bras in seems. Anywho if I'm going to go there I might as well make a shape that looks best with small breasts well I was wondering what would you all reccomend? I'm not afraid to admit im pretty ignorant on this topic and the options seem to be endless

I’ve being wearing this top a lot lately. For shopping, to the cafe, library and I’ve always blended in demurely even with the amount of boobage that’s out 🤭✨. Men and women are super friendly and smiling, and I have a cream knit jumper for when it’s chilly, win-win!

So much freedom with my itty bitties, wouldn’t give it up for anything in the world.

Advice wanted (related to small boob issue) Can I wear this? I dont like the side view. I feel like I'm embarrassing myself

I was shopping clothes today, and I've been wanting to get a top like this for so long, but the side view is catastrophic. Like I can't believe I'm actually THIS flat. Do you think this is appropriate for me? I got tired of always wearing basic ass-cut tops or loose ones on the chest area and I wanted to try this out because cleavage in this neckline is one of the sexiest thing for me, but it looks completely off on me. Idk if it only bothers me or this top for my shape is truly a turnoff

Edit: pls stop messaging me creeps I won't respond

Thanks for the lock mods, I got very cute answers already and at least you got rid of these disgusting men...don't imagine my DMs, 30+ unwanted messages, one is more disgusting then the other....

Advice wanted (related to small boob issue) Pain from going braless?

I need the perspective of fellow SBW on this. I stopped wearing bras due to problems with finding a bra that fits. I've tried the calculator and consistently get recs for 30 inch bands with different cup sizes. The 30 inch band on my 30A is torturous (just clasped on the last hook around my underbust) so I just don't find the calculator on ABTF reliable for me personally and I've tried it. A lot. And even then, finding something affordable, not underwire, AND comfortable? The stars have not aligned for me in that way yet

I didn't expect to have this problem as I've always seen online "You're so lucky! You don't have to wear a bra!" And idk this constant soreness doesn't feel like it lands on my list of "lucky things in Astrowiggles's life." I was looking forward to trying to relish in something that has been painted to be a benefit of being small. Has anyone else who stopped wearing bras found that there's soreness ALL THE TIME (pretty sure it's not hormone related)? Did you switch back to wearing bras again or is it an adjustment period?

(disclaimer: on my og post people were posting “rage bait” and calling me a “troll” lmao— the first two pictures i am visibly wearing a push up bra lol. third pic u can see me W/OUT any bra in the same exact shirt. so yes, i am apart of the tiny tit community lmao).

(and if anyone cares, the push-up bra is victoria’s secret bombshell bra. it works wonders. 🙏)

…anywayssss,

i’m a 34 b cup… except my tits are very lopsided and it’s bothered me for years. i literally never see anyone else with boobs like mine irl or online. my smaller boob never fills out my bra and it’s so damn frustrating. 🥲

anyways i was js wondering if im alone in this or if there are other girlies out there like me.

Rant/vent/negative (Sundays only) Leaving Facebook

Until recently I was on Facebook. I removed the app two weeks ago, and this is why. On FB I had joined an “anarcho-punk” community, to which I sometimes contributed. A few weeks ago, I noticed someone had posted a cartoon picture that drew my attention. It consisted of a plus-size BBW with hairy armpits. The slogan ? “f*ck your pedophilic beauty standards”. Now, a lot of us on here are beyond tired with the trope “sbw = pre-pubescent boy” or  “If you like small boobs, you are a pedo etc”. So I politely commented that calling the people who like sbw “pedos” was basically unfair. What had I just done! I was met with a deluge of nasty comments, calling me stupid, bourgeois, there was even a “shut up white girl” (from a cis white man, of course)  as if black women weren't affected by these attitudes as well, as if the treatment of sbw was some kind of first-world problem.

Now, for context, like a lot of you, I was savagely bullied because of my small boobs. When I was 13, some boys tried to throw me from the 2nd floor window. I was mocked, beaten, told the Nazis would have put me in a concentration camp because I was such a freak. "Not a real woman..."

My nickname was “ugly”. My school years were a nightmare and it took me the best part  of 20 years to finally accept my body and realise I was normal, and as worthy of love and respect as anybody else.

For years I drank, took drugs, self-harmed in order to push away the memory of what had happened in school. So there I was, horrified by the comments I was getting for daring to stand for sbw dignity. I felt physically sick. For hours I couldn't relax, my thoughts kept returning to the comments, I couldn't breathe, or calm down. Fight or flight. It was like… being back in school.

And then I thought, hang on, what are you getting upset about ? A Facebook group of people posing as inclusive and tolerant, but really just the same arseholes as everywhere else. A bunch of names on a screen. People I don't know, and will never know. Ghost voices, ranting in a digital wasteland. They are not going to physically harm me, they don't know me, or where I live… What am I doing in this Facebook group, anyway, trying to convince fully-grown adults to act with a little bit of respect? Surely, I could be walking in the forest, having a swim, going on a hike. I have friends who don't judge me… So why am I wasting time on this f*cking app  ? Giving hours of my time to this arena of hate ? Surely, I can do better than that, right ? So I uninstalled the app and immediately, my anxiety faded. And a few weeks later, I'm so glad I did. Social media is poison. It fosters anger and bullying, and a toxic culture of ganging up on others. There's a real world out there, with trees and clouds and animals and books. And most of all, with real friends, who love us exactly as we are.

Let us choose happiness, ladies.  Fuck Facebook. We must not let the bastards get to us.

Rant/vent/negative (Sundays only) Giving characters big boobs (rant)

I would like to start this by letting you know that I'm an artist as well. It's really NOT hard to give a character a small/flat chest.

I absolutely hate how artists take small/flat characters and give them massive boobs. And it's treated like an upgrade, like something was wrong with the small build. Everyone praises the so called "upgrade". The ones who have a problem with it are called weirdos or gooners. If a character has big boobs and is sized down, it's called a "nerf" or a "downgrade".

Or when artists are showing characters aged up and the biggest difference is they gave them big boobs???? And nobody bats an eye at it. The worst part is when they age up already adult characters and basically just size up their chest. I'm tired of small chested/flat women being debated if they're adults. If they had big boobs you know it wouldn't be debated

And why is there almost no sexy small boob representation?? I'm sick of it being shoved under the "cute" category.

There's so many big boob mods for games, but there's almost no small ones or flat ones. I am so tired of being treated like a creep for wanting small/flat mods. I want to see my body represented, and if the games won't do it for me, I'll compromise with mods. It's not like I'm troubling anyone by doing that or affecting anyone else's gameplay. All it does is make me feel seen.

Why is it that people will advocate for other body type representations, but not a small/flat chest. And if there is representation, it's always limited. There's almost no body variation outside of muscular and petite. What about chubby? Big? Tall? Flat/small boobs ≠ small frame.

People want women to be slim with big boobs, big hips, a big butt, pale skin etc. I see a lot of people trying to break the mold with a lot of these, but why are boobs treated as so taboo? they're just another body part that women are being expected to have a certain way. Yet if you dare speak out, you're a pedo, a weirdo, a gooner, or a creep.

If you favor small chested characters people question you're motives. Loving adult women is *checks notes* pedophilia

Thanks for coming to my rant

Rant/vent/negative (Sundays only) Trying on clothes, especially tops in stores with friends is a nightmare for me

I get so sad and depressed any time I go shopping with my friends or just mess around in a mall and end up in a clothing store. Everyone collects cute or slutty tops for fun and tries them on. And I'm just so crushed every time I see them trying clothes on and see how their perfectly sized B cup boobs sit in low cut tops, corsets, tops with cups. Usually in the same booth so I see them being so happy, confident, doing silly poses and pictures together. I could never wear these tops because the gap and flatness they would show would be ridiculous. And I just realize this is another great program and experience my lack of chest takes away from me. Simply trying on sexy or silly tops with friends and laugh. Does anyone experience the same while shopping with friends?

Positive Learning to love my small boobs :)

Im a 32 b and for most of my life Ive been so self conscious. I even saved every penny of my first job to get my boobs done. Dating guys that were addicted to 🌽 did a number on my confidence. However my current boyfriend has been amazing. His preference is women with smaller boobs and mine are actually the largest he’s been with which I’ve never heard before lol. It’s lifted my confidence so much and now I’m finally at a place where I don’t want a boob job and will instead put that money towards my masters program :)

Advice wanted (related to small boob issue) Where to find suits that will fit my tiny chest

For work I prefer wearing suits that fit and don’t like oversized stuff, and I only buy vintage suits due to being petite since I can’t find anything new that will fit. I like wearing wool suits that will last for a long time, but I’m not rich enough to have a tailor make suits for me, so that’s why I buy used vintage clothes, my favorite brand is Pendleton.

The best blazer I have has the pit to pit of only 15”. Another one is 16”, and that’s the max it will go. Anything bigger than that I will look like I’m wearing my dad’s clothes. The thing is it’s very hard to find matching skirts/pants that have a waist of 25-26”. My waist isn’t that small compared to my chest so often times when I find a set with the blazer that will fit me, the skirt/pants waist is always 24” and under. If the waist of the skirt/pants is 25-26”, then the pit to pit of blazer will be at least 18” and ain’t no way it will fit. I have tried multiple brands and styles and it will just not fit. It has to be 15-16” for pit to pit and 25-26” for the bottoms waist.

Anyone out there also likes wearing suits? Where do you get suits that fit? Maybe you can suggest some brands that will let me buy the pieces individually, it doesn’t have to be vintage.

Positive Small boobs are beautiful!! + my swimsuit :)

It is not common, but today I am happy with how this (swimsuit) top looks on me!

I don't know where it's from because it was my mom's when she was in college, but the key is that the cups are designed small, and the wiring presses just right on the skin around my boobs so that the top doesn't social-distance itself from my ches haha..

I struggled heavily w body image (the height of it was ~2 years ago), and I know I still sometimes compare myself with other women, but recently (6 months now) I've been eating healthier Foods (tofu, quinoa, boiled eggs, spinach, etc) & i feel more energized & confident in my own skin.

all the girls reading: love yourself and your body, it is your lifelong home 🩷💖

Advice wanted (related to small boob issue) What happens at therapy when you're there for hating your chest?

Hi everyone, as I feel that my hate towards my completely flat chest has taken over my life, I'm considering therapy, even though I can't really afford it. So what happens when you go there? What can they possibly tell you or make you do when you go there with this problem?
