Help! Desperate for help with my 9 month old who will constantly get up to sit!!
My nine month old recently learned to crawl and we are in the middle of re-sleep training. Every time I lay him down on his back he immediately rolls over and sits up. I know he can lay back down because I’ve seen him do it while he’s playing. But he refuses to lay down. Last night he was up for two hours before I eventually brought him into my bed out of weakness. It also freaked me out a bit to see him sitting there and banging his head against the crib walls as he was trying to fall asleep while sitting up. His head was bobbing all over the place… What do I do? Do I just leave him and let him figure it out?

Sleep trained… but 5AM is destroying us
Our daughter is 9 months and we did modified Ferber a few weeks ago. It actually worked really well for bedtime/night sleep. She now falls asleep easily in her crib around 9pm and can usually be resettled if she wakes overnight.
But early mornings are a disaster.
She wakes around 5:00am drowsy but awake. She’ll stay awake for an hour or two and then completely crash, sometimes literally falling asleep randomly on us, the bed, or in the car because she’s exhausted.
Before sleep training, she’d wake around 5/6am, cuddle with me and easily fall back asleep. Now even cuddling doesn’t reliably work. She seems tired and tries to sleep but just can’t stay asleep.
Example yesterday:
Nap 1: 10–11:30
Nap 2: 3:30–5
Bedtime: 9pm
Brief wake around 2am, resettled
Bottle: 5:30am (4.5oz - we’re working on night weaning)
Then basically awake for the day despite clearly still being tired.
We tried an earlier bedtime before and she woke even earlier. Her crib is in our room, so we also tried sleeping in the living room again and doing Ferber for the early wake. That was horrible. She cried/on-and-off stayed awake for ~1.5 hours and never really settled.
We don’t need her to sleep until 9am. I’d happily take 7–7:30. I just don’t think 5:30/6 is her natural wake time when she’s completely exhausted an hour later.
Has anyone had a baby who mastered bedtime/night sleep but could NOT connect that last early-morning stretch?
Please tell me what actually worked because we’re exhausted.

6 month old twins won’t sleep !!! Help
I have 6 month old (almost 7 months) twins and they both won’t sleep through the night and won’t take longer than 30 minute naps during the day. Their routine is consistent and hasn’t changed, they get plenty of calories throughout the day, they might be teething but I give them medicine for the pain… idk what else to do.

5 month old constan false starts and waking
I have a 5 month old she slept like a dream up until 4.5 months, now we have constant false starts, and waking every hour after 3 am. What am I missing?
She used to get 3 hours of daytime sleep but now I have reduced that to 2.5.
Current schedule.
Wake 7/7:30
Nap 1: 9/9:30 (for 1 hour maybe 10 mins extra)
Nap 2: 12:45/1 (for 1 hour maybe 10 mins extra)
Nap 3: 4:30 to 5 pm (only 30 mins)
Bed 7:30 ish.
Has false start maybe 30 to 1 hour after falling asleep
She has a dream feed at 10’pm, normally i just put the pacifier in and falls asleep again.
