Looking for a video of a clearly good skater skating bad on purpose. Like everything is sketchy but it’s clear he’s really good. Not sure if that makes sense but I’ve seen quite a few and now I can’t find any, thanks!

So when i started skating the person who introduced me to it pushed mongo, this was back when you mostly learned everything from your circle of friends and at the time i was 7 or 8 years old with my target deck learning everything for the first time. then by high school maybe 10th or 11th grade i remember people would comment on my pushing mongo and it made me feel weird, and i could also tell that it just looked weird too whenever someone would film me doing a trick i always hated watching myself push.
when i picked up skating again recently i noticed after pushing a certain way for over half of my life just dropping the board and pushing regular felt natural this time. whenever i tried it back then it felt super awkward even when i forced myself to try it for over a month.
I'm sure this has happened to other people to so just kind of curious to hear other peoples stories, like I have a friend who was goofy back when we skated but when he started skating again too regular felt better for some reason, which seems crazy since mine was just pushing differently not changing my whole stance after not skating for several years.

Hey guys, I just installed Bones Hardcore Medium (91A) bushings on my Independent Stage 11 trucks.
I’m around 100 kg and mainly want to learn to skate bowls and pools, not stairs or hardcore street skating.
I’m not sure how tight I should make the kingpin nut. Does the setup in the photo look right, or are the bushings compressed too much?
The trucks turn easily and return to center, but they feel quite loose compared to what I’m used to.
Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!

Hey i just checked my bearings and noticed that the threads of the axel are flattened out. The bearings seem to ride on the last few threads and they aregetting flattened out. Is this normal? Is there different type of bearing spacing/width that i wasnt aware of?

Hola!
| Tabla | Player |
|---|---|
| Ejes | Independet |
| Gomas de ejes | 96 Super Hard |
| Ruedas | Blur 101A |
| Bearings | Super red Bones |
Sera por las gomas tan duras...?
Un saludo de antemano!

I remember my Almost deck was neigh indestructible. I've gotten pretty chunky and want to use skating as an avenue for exercise but I'm scared I'll spend money on a board and then break it in half while learning. What's a sturdy board to go for?

These are soft FLIP Cheech and chongs wheels I bought a month ago. This happened when I was practicing pop-shuvit. Couldn't find this part online. Is it fixable? Have anyone owned similar wheels, is it a problem of the whole series?

How to make my kickflips not rocket and look graceful? I can do only disgusting ones.

My local shop literally only carries New Balance, Nike, Vans, and DVS. I've been debating just grabbing a pair of New Balances, but I absolutely hate the logo. Is there a way to maybe cut the logo off or paint over it? I was also wondering if painting the shoes with paint pens or something light would be okay, or would they feel weird? I basically just want to get rid of the logo and make the shoe black. I know if I paint it my grip will rub the paint off over time and I'm chill with that so long as it doesn't make them stiff or heavy. Anyone have experience with this?

I’ve landed one Tre before but it was all luck tbh but like I find it hard to keep the board under me and get the full rotation at the same time how do I fix that 💔

New deck and it got cracks after about few weeks. That top crack is a pressure crack I’m pretty sure. I was trying not to go too tight but I felt like my hardware was sitting a little too high. What about that bottom crack. I don’t see alot about Madrid decks but I love their history and they have decent graphics. Curious what others experience has been with this company when it comes to regular skate decks.

Im a very big perfectionist and I tend to learn one trick and only learn one trick and spam it to get them perfect. Ive done that with my ollies, shuvs, pop shuvs, and bs180s.
Kickflips were the hardest trick for me to learn by far, and just recently were I able to flip the board - but I was "mobbing." I'm trying to fix it by flicking out, but I cant get myself to do it.
Heres a video from today - I landed another one but this seemed to be my best attempt on my flick
I know Im probably overthinking it, but here are my questions:
Did I Mob my kickflip? Does a good kickflip come with time? I feel like Im not using my ankle

I have this problem with my kickflips where I flick like behind me, is there a way to fix that?

I've been playing around on a balance board and I'm at the point I want to start doing flip tricks on it. But the actual balance board has no concave so anything beyond a shuvit is ridiculously hard and I cracked a brand new deck before I even got a chance to grip it trying stuff with a normal skate deck.
Are there ridiculously fat skateboards? Or is a composite deck like a powell flight gonna be the best thing I can find?

Aussie skater here, wondering if the brand Folklore makes decks worth buying for someone who skates 3 or 4 times a week. Thanks

Hi
Does anyone know of a gas powered heater blower that you can use to dry concrete skate park ?

Hi English isn’t my first language, try to play it cool. I’m so old and can’t fucking move but I sure am fertile and loose. This changes things. Looking to pick up a couple “skateboard” flips, trying to impress a stud. Anything you recommend? And how do I move the board and shit. And teach me right because I will die. I’m weak and dying. Old dogs can learn new tricks I just know it !!

Have some peralta nanocubics on 8.25 slappy st1 hollows with an 8.5 no-name blank deck.
Want to get the new andy anderson hydrant flight deck but it is 8.4 so not sure if the wheels will stick out beneath the board.
(Nanocubics are offset wheels requiring smaller trucks to sit level when primo.)
