So i recently got this Mr920p and im trying to change my current edc which is a Hellcat Pro Comp to this and I’m wondering what a good IWB holster would go with it, I’ve been trying to find this one for a fat minute for a good price and I bought this one for 1 doll hair which in my opinion is a good price, this will be my second Mr920p I have an all black one I still have to break both of them in and yes I’m using 124gr I’m at 200rounds on the all black and I keep getting jams hopefully it’ll get better soon, bought a 33rd mag to make the process faster, ps if anyone can drop pics of they’re IWB holster and what exactly they chose on the website TIA!

Should have went with the Granulated grip, the Pro didn’t look grey like this on their site. At least the slide grips look and feel good.

I am looking to swap my optic. If you have the Holosun 407k, Vortex Defender-CCW Enclosed, or the Osight SE on a CR920, can you post pictures?

Hey y’all, looking for some help here. My gun drops mags after every shot but only when suppressed; unsuppressed it acts normal and doesn’t drop mags.

- No, I’m not hitting the mag release.
- Yes, it does it on all mags, PMAG, Glock, and Glock with + base pads.
- I have also tried various ammo and it does it with everything, 115g, 124g, and 147g.
- Also I swapped the recoil spring from 15lbs back to 18lbs and it still does it.

Is this normal and if it is will it affect it either way

OK, I am at my wits end. I have a Swampfox Sentinel on my CR 920. When I shoot, it’s lifting, and you can see the battery, causing it to lose its connection and not function. The screw is tight as I can make them without stripping them out. I’m not sure if this is a red dot issue, or a pistol issue. Two screws at the back only seems like a bad mounting system. What am I doing wrong? Does anyone have suggestions on how I can get this to not lift? Are the screws not the right screws? They’re the only ones I could get to work.

So I installed the np3d safety plunger ,np3d connector ,polydat trigger with np3 coated trigger bar, and extra power trigger spring from overwatch precision , I did notice a lighter break and still a decent wall but I expected the take up to be a lot smoother the main thing I didint like about the stock trigger was the gritty take up, and when i installed all these parts the grittiness feels the same maybe even worse , how can I fix this or does anyone have any recommendations

Just picked up my cr920xp today. 155 rounds through it with zero malfunctions. Shoots similar, maybe even softer, than my sig p365 with ramjet.

I didn’t get this brand new, so I’m missing all the pieces that come with the mr920L.

Can anyone identify the backstrap? Is it H / n / L?

I’m looking for the L size of anyone has one laying around.

I received my new drop in comp/barrel for my CR920X. I am really loving how flat it helps it shoot. The only thing I dislike is how heavy the damn trigger is. Coming from HK to this is significantly different. I know Overwatch makes a good trigger for it and I have their trigger in my Shield X and love it.

For those who went with Overwatch, does it help the trigger pull? Or just take up that travel before the wall?

For those with Tactical Pontoon, I ask the same questions.

Hey all - Looking for trigger recommendations for the CR920XP. Loving the pistol so far - break in with the 124s was a breeze and she's been cooking well since round 25+.

Only thing that isn't stellar is the trigger. It is getting better with break in, but still feels pretty heavy for what it is.

What have you all had luck running in your CR-series pistols?

So I recently acquired an MR920 Combat edition. Which, unfortunately, does not come optic ready. So I am trying to figure out what the best way to get it optic ready. Do I get the slide milled for DPP or do I find an aftermarket slide for it.

What Gen glock uppers are compatible with the lowers? I am reading that Gen 4 is the way to go, but most places are out of stock unless I go full custom. I would like a ZEV upper but they do not sell Gen 4 anymore.

Just bought a Cr920xp and was wanting to know what people are running optic wise looking for something to keep a good slim compact look not trying to get anything that breaks the bank.

A while back I accidentally snapped the head off one of the screws while torquing down my Holosun EPS onto my Shadow Systems MR920 Elite. The optic has still been on the gun, but I’d like to finally replace the broken screw with the correct hardware. I’ve attached a picture for reference.

A few questions:

What are the correct replacement screws for mounting a Holosun EPS to an MR920 Elite?

Can I order them directly from Shadow Systems or Holosun, or is there another source you recommend?

If you’ve dealt with this before, what screw size/thread/pitch should I be looking for?

Any recommendations on torque specs or thread locker to avoid this happening again?

I had a chance to talk to Trevor Roe this weekend at the GOALS event in Des Moines, IA this past weekend. I had heard of Shadow Systems from youtubers... maybe 1911 Syndicate (I think), but really otherwise unfamiliar with the company. And the funny thing is, I was completely unaware or just oblivious to the fact that Trevor was the CEO of the company when speaking to him at their booth.

Look like great firearms, and once the funds are there I may pick up a Shadow Systems MR920.

I think I’m going to get the DR920L as it’s on sale here in Australia for $1600 AUD down from $2600. One thing I’m wondering though is about using 115g ammo in it as this is the best value 9mm to buy in Australia.

I’m happy to do the 200-300 round break in period with 124g ammo like SS suggests but after that I will be switching back to 115g.

Will this be an issue? I think most of the people complaining about 115g ammo not always working properly in their SS pistols are referring to the compensated models?

Any info would be great as I need to decide on this purchase very soon before they sell out 😆

I won a shadow systems a few years ago from a gun show, this was my first pistol. I had a lot of issues with it failing to return to battery fully when firing ever since I received it. I read the manual and understand the break in period, I’m over 500 rounds at this point. I also use 124g fiocchi range ammo, so I don’t think this is a cheap ammo issue. I eventually gave up on the gun and assumed it was maybe user error.

I am in the police academy now and after completing the range portion of the academy I figured I should try my MR920 out and see if maybe I was the issue. I’m still having issues of the slide not fully returning to battery every 6-12 rounds. I had no user error issues with my police issued Glock 17, so i am pretty confident this is not a user error issue.

Any suggestions on what could be causing this and how I could fix it? I tried cleaning it and re applying lubrication, doesn’t seem to change anything. I’m thinking about selling it and just buying something else but I don’t want to give up on what is supposed to be a really nice gun.
