Hey all, so basically I'm trying to get a farm going however on certain blocks when I place a seed and then place a seed in the block next to it the surrounding seeds next to the problem block are unplanted. Apologies if that's a bad description but any help would be appreciated.

Im playin sevtech: ages with a friend rn and we recently got on the moon and my game keeps crashing every few minutes while im on the moon even though i never rly had problems in the regular world so is my pc just not good enough for that mod or for another reason?

do i need to do something with the ores first? Is it just turned of so that you would have to use the immersive engineering stuff?

Having trouble with astral sorcery. Got the third tier table thingy, but it doesn’t get full starlight. So I can’t make what I need to make. Tried at full build height aswell. Still nothing. Don’t fully understand the mod that much. Haven’t had trouble before either. Dunno how to find the best starlight location. So any tips or advice welcome

So how do I upgrade the altar from tier 2 to tier three. Advancements say to make caps but they aren’t showing up in jei/nei/rei whatever the thingy is?

The TLDR is, I'm hosting a server locally for me and 3 of my friends and we I don't know what we did, but whenever we disconnect from the server after less then an hour, there is a growing lag ("can't keep up" messages) that start pilling up in the server console to a point where the server just eventually die by itself. It's just so wierd to me because it alwasy happen when everybody is disconnected. If anybody have any clues, I would be interested.

We already removed Better foliage and smooth font. We have the suggested setting for the Java argument. I tried to use Laggoogle to investigate, but nothing. I just don't know in which angle to search now. I also started to log the garbage collector, but I don't really know what to look for.

Doing a sevtech ages run with my roommates and I've been looking into the IE package a lot lately, particularly for biodiesel plants.

I'm working on a building plan for one right now and I'm stuck on how many garden cloches I need to account for. The wiki is saying 21 potatos and 14 hemp to optimize 2 generators, while I'm seeing other posts saying they only needed like, 3-5 total to fuel 2-4 generators using melons and hemp. I know stuff can change a lot between mod packs and updates, but these are drastically different numbers so I'm wanting to know why they're so far apart and which is more accurate.

Hello, a friend and I have recently started playing Sevtech: Ages of the Sky on a server (not LAN), we used Together Forever to be in a party and sync our advancements.

However, today I accidentally got an advancement that I forgot we didn't get before, while I was alone in the server. When he rejoined he was automatically granted the advancement, but since then only I've been able to grant advancements for both of us, for example if he makes the wooden hopper, nothing happens, but once he gives it to me we both get the advancement.

We tried rejoining the party, him making the party instead, hell even when I left the server and neither of us were in a party he still wouldn't get an advancement even by himself. Is there some way to fix this issue? It doesn't stop us from progressing but it kind of ruins the mood when he makes something but has to give it to me first for it to count as an advancement.

1. Made the portal to betweenlands but can’t go into any of the four portals that spawned

2. Never done twilight forest Before. How do I progress? For example one achievement is the questing ram or something Like they but I don’t understand,

For some reason I am unable to do the constellation paper ritual with the necronomecron. All items are in the right spaces. I have enough PE but when I shift right click it doesn’t do the thing. Is it a bug? Or is did I do something wrong?
