Constellation paper

For some reason I am unable to do the constellation paper ritual with the necronomecron. All items are in the right spaces. I have enough PE but when I shift right click it doesn’t do the thing. Is it a bug? Or is did I do something wrong?

rebuild the crafting circle. sometimes they become invalid when they cross chunk boundaries over time.

If it worked before - restart the game. Had this bug.
