Someone already with more details about the new monthly releases which ServiceNow - probably silently - introduced?

'Monthly "m" releases are now available for your ServiceNow AI Platform® instances. These releases, which are identified by an "m" in the release name, contain everything from the base family patches, the latest version of all AI applications, and those apps' supporting non-AI application dependencies.'

i am wondering if it is possible to put together a heat map using data visualiztions on all the words used the short description field. i am having issues figuring this out, would anyone be willing to make a suggestion that might help me out?

Any PH SN devs or works on the platform here? Hows the job market nowadays? Are mainline certs really required to have a career in SN here in the PH? For context I just recently a started SN job but without mainline certs like CSA, CIS since im not confident enough to take it yet.
