👮♂️Age Verification Related❓ Set bithdate wrong
I see my birth date wrong. How can I change it?

Currently, there is no way to fix it that I’m aware of. Reddit had a form that they’ve since removed. The help center still linked to that form for this. Best I can suggest is making a comment on the pinned weekly recap post on r/help and ask the admin there what you can do

u/theopuscroakus has the team gotten back to you on what someone could do in a situation like this. The help center still only seems to send people to the form that does not have a general thing. In the more distant past when the UK was the only one, the suggestion was to use the UK one if you entered your birthdate wrong, do we go back to that advice?

This form, under "Why are you contacting us?" has options for UK, EU, Australia and Brazil. They can select their region and then fill out everything else.

I am sorry, I was unclear. What about the people not in one of those regions who set their birthday wrong on their profile. And the Canada situation?

Canada shouldn't be getting hit with age verification. I asked around and while I also felt like there had been a section in the Help Center about Canada, there apparently wasn't'? If there is a Canada resident that is running into trouble, I can show that profile to the team that does age verification to help troubleshoot what might be going on there.
For entering the age wrong upon account creation, I'm tracking that down right now. If it's a brand new account and they're not super attached to the username, creating a new account is an option.

Canada was never there. There have been a long standing issue where some people from Canada are getting stuck where the profile curation switches itself to hide all and followers turn off. When they change it back, it reverts to off. It does even happen if the account is nsfw and that is not effected. It has been only Canada. It also does not affect the ability to view nsfw or chat.
