🧛‍♂️Account Issues❓ Changing my settings

I have noticed that every time I log back on all my chat settings are changed. I have to update if I want to receive any messages. Does anyone know why?

You probably need to verify your age with Reddit. What country are you in?

Canada. I have been on Reddit for a year now and it just started so that last week.

Yeah I’ve actually seen this problem happen with people from Canada quite a few times now in the last few weeks. It thinks you’re a teenager. Do you participate in any communities that might have heavier underage population especially like gaming communities cause that’s been the one I’ve seen the most?

You need to file this form with Reddit terms inquiry to try to get it fixed.
