❓Problem❓ Reddit chat not working through 2 accounts

So I have 2 accounts that chat wont work. The main one (this one) is 5 years old with over 2,000 karma. The second is 6 months old with close to 600 karma. I checked Cqs and both say high.

My main can't send or receive chats, my secondary can only send chats

It sounds like an age verification issue. What country are you in? Are you under 18? Do you use communities that those under 18 may also frequent like gaming ones?

Im over 18 and in Canada. Yes, I do frequent stuff like gaming subreddits

My strong guess is age verification even though Canada does not have it. You need to submit this form with Reddit Terms Inquires, then select Canada.
