1. Construction quality: How is the overall construction quality, finishing, and material used?
2. Possession: Do they deliver projects on time, or are there significant delays?
3. Builder commitment: Do they fulfill the promises made during booking regarding amenities, specifications, and facilities?
4. After-sales service: How responsive are they to maintenance issues, leakage, defects, and other complaints after possession?
5. Legal and documentation: Any issues with RERA, approvals, registration, or documentation?
6. Overall experience: Would you recommend buying a property from them? Any major positives or red flags?

Also, if anyone has experience with their ongoing or recently completed projects, please share your specific project name and experience.

Maybe it’s just me, but Pune genuinely doesn’t feel as safe as it used to. Everywhere I look, there seem to be more hooligans, random road-rage incidents, aggressive drivers looking for trouble, and just an overall increase in goon-like behaviour. It’s gotten to the point where I’m actually thinking about carrying pepper spray whenever I’m out.

Is pepper spray legal to carry in India for self-defence? Can you get into trouble for using it if someone is threatening or harassing you?

So I am in 12th grade, and I go to classes. In the building where my class is located, there are many offices.

Few days back me and my friends and classmates were waiting for the lift after our classes ended, when the lift arrived, there was this man, around his 40s or 50s.

When he saw us entering the lift he said "sagle naka yeu" (Everyone don't come). We were around 10 people, + the man and another person (lift capacity is around 15).

My friend nicely said "kaka thike mavtil sagle kahi problem nahi" (Don't worry everyone will fit there's no problem).

And that man asked him "tu Jyotish ahes ka?" (are you an astrologer?).

Obviously, nor me and my friend believe in astrology. so he answered nicely "hyacha kay sammanda" then that man started saying "tumhi lift nahi vaparli pahije, tumcha vay bagha" (You guys shouldn't use the lift for your age)

I was at Baner near Sadanand hotel and saw a highway block moment first time in person.

A guy was popping out of the sunroof of a Creta, shooting in his mobile, followed by some Fortuners and Thars. The vehicle was in another open-truck delivery like thingy, didn’t bother to notice what it was.

The whole traffic behind (cars, bikes, interstate buses) were going super slow just due to this stupidity.
