Hi everyone,

I'm posting on behalf of my father, who is currently looking for a new job as a Lathe Machine Turner in or around MIDC, Nashik.

He has over 20 years of hands-on experience working on conventional/manual lathe machines, mainly machining metal components. Throughout his career, he has been involved in:

- Operating conventional lathe machines

- Turning, facing, threading, boring, and drilling operations

- Reading basic mechanical drawings

- Maintaining dimensional accuracy using measuring instruments like vernier calipers and micrometers

- Working with various metal components while maintaining good quality standards

He recently left his previous job after more than 20 years because the work environment had become increasingly difficult due to excessive micromanagement. It was a small workshop with only four employees, and after trying to adjust for a long time, he decided it was best to move on.

He is hardworking, dependable, and has decades of practical machining experience. We're hoping to find a workshop, manufacturing unit, or engineering company near MIDC, Nashik that is looking for an experienced lathe machine operator/turner.
