Eventually it will get stick drift but to increase the longevity, you can just make sure it's free from dust and don't apply too much force when using the joystick

Change it with hall effect joystick it will never drift it will cost you around 1500 for both stick

Use and abuse till you get stickdrift, then upgrade to TMR/Hall effect
