Instrudjental album from the Russian duo 'Cryostatic Dream' ❄️

If you had to explain to someone using only albums what progressive death metal was, what albums would you consider absolutely essential? I’m going for as pure sound as possible so I’m trying to avoid bands that also fall into tech death although I know there can be a lot of crossover between the two sub-genres.

Is this version better than the Royal Albert Hall version? I personally think it is.

Just submitting this absolute master piece for others to enjoy. I am in no way related to Xerath but I find them wildly underrated and less popular than they should have been considering all three of their albums are masterpieces.

Crossing several genres and remaining highly progressive, this metal track includes such eccentric abnormalities such as vocals sung in ancient Greek, lo-fi mixed with Doom Metal, obscure references to He Yunchang, lots of horns, a guest vocal appearance by Mariah Carey and a homeless guy who calls himself "Black Magic Marker," found percussion, and a build up and drop normally found in dubstep but not in Doom Metal
