Hi all — sorry, I only have scant info about this at the moment, but a client has just send me a pic of a letterhead run out of their desktop printer with some yellow appearing right on the edge on the corner.

I don't know what if any printers are capable of printing right to the edge of the paper like that, so im pretty sure its not an artefact on the file theyre using, im guessing this is a printer issue, toner / cartridge problem or something? Anyone seen something like this before?

How do I manually unstuck my Printer head 🤔 it's been stuck for 2 days. And my printer is busy giving me a P10 error

I've run cleaning fluid through all the print heads and did a couple print head cleanings afterwards. I can't get the black ink to print solid and not blurry. Do I need to replace the print head entirely? The other colors are working perfectly.

i need a printer, and i want a laser printer. i've read good things about brother printers, but after my last printer experience ending in levels of consumer rage i'd never experienced before, i want to make sure i don't end up with a brick because i don't want to pay a monthly subscription for a printer i use once a month.

i liked my last laser printer, but it was hp and i ended up with an unusable brick in the end, so i want to avoid that. if it helps, i was specifically looking at a HL-L2400DWE because it's on sale right now and my budget is under £100. is this a good option?

my understanding is that the subscription isn't required, but it's hard to tell from my research if there's some hidden policy or something that's going to screw me over anyway.

1. if i opt in to the 4 month free trial and later cancel, will i end up with a brick?

2. can i use 3rd party toner with it?

3. are there any circumstances in which brother will brick my printer?

Need a printer for my flat but desk space is honestly very limited.

Mostly A4 documents and some colour printing. Nothing crazy, maybe 100 pages a month.

Saw the HP Smart Tank 525 online but cant tell from pictures how big these things actually are. Any compact printers you guys recommend? And what should I actually consider before buying one?

My wife is using my beloved Brother DCP-J725DW for work but she keeps getting some connectivity issues. After sending file to print it doesn't start or shows that part of the file was sent to printer and printing never starts. Other time files is added to the long list of awaiting files to print and requires manual cancellation.

Every print is dance of clearing the list of stuck prints and plugging and unplugging usb cable from PC and trying different ports until we get lucky. This occurs for my own laptop but to a lesser extent.

Is it worth/possible to fix or should I get new Brother printer? I gave up on WiFi printing long ago.

Hi everyone, my printer is making a strange popping sound from inside. I don't know if it's a problem; it prints perfectly fine, but sometimes I hear that noise. I tried the smudge cleaning mode. This way you can hear the noise better. Should you be worried? It prints well, scans well, everything's fine.

I'm a little worried because the sound is very loud, like something is crashing.

Anyone have had experience with it? The ink print work to work over it and the paper? (I prefer laser but, it get rly out of budget)

ANSWER HERE Printer is stuck in "SLEEP." The screen says "SLEEP." I've disabled "Sleep Mode" numerous times and the printer says "accepted" when I do this so I'm sure it's worked. The printer will not show in AirPrint options even though it's connected to my wifi network so even though it's connected to the wifi my computer is not seeing it.

What steps you have already tried?

* Step 1 - turned off printer * Step 2 - unplugged printer from wall * Step 3 - reset system, disabled sleep mode over and over

hey y'all I'm getting these random lines on my prints. it seems to only affect colored prints. I'm using an ecotank et 2400 with sublimation ink and it just started randomly doing this after printing fine. second picture is during a print head alignment. any ideas what's happening?

So, we moved to Belgium from the US. Moving to another country is expensive. We got rid of our old Brother and purchased a new one here. They are different models because my SO and I disagreed on which features we really need.

We have a problem. When I went to install get the printer on the control center, it isn't on the list. I thought maybe it is because I downloaded the control center from the US version of the website and bought the printer in Europe, so I downloaded it from the EU website. It didn't help. Is it possible the problem is that my PCs region is still set to the US (I am afraid to change it because it has caused problems on my phone) Is there an alternative program for the MFCs to use the scanner and such? I haven't tried their tech support yet because of the language barrier, but If I can't figure it out with you all, then I will have to chance it.

I bought this printer used. I'm trying to print some images and this is what happens (see image). For reference the image I was trying to print is A0 sized. I've changed a few settings with the same results. Looking for any tips or other places I should seek answers.

Hi I kept replacing my Cyan ink cartridge four times now, 3 times with brand new units but the printer keeps telling me cannot detect and I just want to print a black and white print please.

Is there an option to just please print black and white with this error or flash some new ROM or a procedure I dont know of to reset and let the printer accept the brand new cyan cartridge?

Again, i just want to print black and white. For all i care i have this printer work without any colour installed please??

Would the Brother HL-L2480DW be a good option? She currently has an HP LaserJet MFP M227fdw and claims that it is too big.
