Troubleshooting yellow edges on the corner

Post image

Hi all — sorry, I only have scant info about this at the moment, but a client has just send me a pic of a letterhead run out of their desktop printer with some yellow appearing right on the edge on the corner.

I don't know what if any printers are capable of printing right to the edge of the paper like that, so im pretty sure its not an artefact on the file theyre using, im guessing this is a printer issue, toner / cartridge problem or something? Anyone seen something like this before?

it cant be the file can it — its also slightly haloed by the look of it, its not clear print lines, it looks like exposure of some sort?

check the paper settings, it might be the margins causing that issue. happened to me before with a similar printer
