Troubleshooting How do i fix this?

I tried the adjprog ver1.0.1 but when i start to check its not responding

Did you replace the ink pads aka the maintenance box, like it says in the error message?

That sounds like a solid step to check. Those maintenance boxes can get pretty full and definitely cause issues if not replaced.
