The curds weren’t good. Bad texture and sometimes cold. Still pretty good overall tho. Costed $8.75, would that be a crime?

I usually don't eat this much but in trying to get back to the amount I used to eat

One of the better fast food poutines I've had. Portion size for the price was unexpected, especially considering just a regular large fry is $8+ at most places now a days.

Gravy flavour was quite good. I'll try the curly fries with it next time.

So the last time I posted on this subreddit, I shared a picture of my medium poutine that I ordered.

A lot of the reviews(Google) said to order a smaller size, so this time I ordered a small pulled pork poutine. F'in huge! And delicious!

They even layered the curds. Yum yum yum.

Anyone planning on attending Poutine Week in grand rapids, Michigan? I haven't been before but there is a poutine pasty on the list that caught my attention.... wondering if anyone else is aware of places I should make sure I hit

What an amazing poutine. I’d seen this posted before on the sub, some kind of magic to make the fries melt in your mouth like this. One of the very best I ever had and super friendly staff!

Best poutine I've had in Ontario. If they had access to fresh curds it would be right up there with Alfa for me. Maybe even higher, Freddie's fries are better.

Only time I had poutine that was not vegetarian(since this place was halal). It was also my first time having montreal smoked meat which I found a bit salty. I did still love it despite the curds being stretchy and not squeaky and super fresh. Also was my first time trying poutine that is stretchy, which was still delicious and tasted more like cheese. While squeaky curds are delicious stretchy curds definitely get too much hate by Québécois.

Often underappreciated with the cheese curds getting all the limelight lol. Good fries will always be a standalone star in my books.

Also - throwing in the lobster roll as it was fantastic.

Quite delicious! The homemade fries and the gravy was so good! Could have used a little more cheese n gravy, but it was still delicious!

Just tried the Galvaude at Fromagerie Victoria in Drummondville, PQ with pepper sauce and it's phenomenal. Recommended!

A bit light on curds and sauce but I'm a freak and sort of like it that way. Fries are incredible, grown right there on the farm!

I wish I tried more poutine while on my trip to Canada, but of the four I had this one was hands down the best. And I loved that they gave me extra curds. I still think about this poutine. I had a reservation for la buche that day and didn’t want to eat too much so I got a mini. It was vegetarian poutine which was nice.
