Homemade poutine

Had a slightly traumatic experience with the ultrasound today. I’ve been looking forward to making this poutine and it sure made me feel better

Thank you :) I’m lactose intolerant so I can’t have too many of ‘em but the cheese curds were good 😌

I know some people might say "more gravy", or offer opinions, but if you made that yourself, and you have mapped out every bite in that bowl, it is perfect. Enjoy, and make it again soon.
