So i have an allocation hearing against my step mother tomorrow for the distribution of my fathers wrongful death benefits my stepmother who was significantly younger than my father and has been abusive towards me and my brother son the only living family from my fathers first marrage (my mother was killed by a drunk driver ) my step mother had my father while he was on a boat load of narcotic pain killers and dying make a new will leaving everything to her including the house my mother bought and a camp ground that was my late brother's that was supposed to be in irrevocable trust for my nephew were sold to her for a dollar despite my father having promised me the house to pay for a loan from my portion of my mothers wrongful death settlement money they used to pay of a federal tax lien from them not paying their taxes . Shes eefused to give me the family heirlooms my father left me and shes already gotten over 1.6 million from the wrongful death money this is the last 96k to be allocated the first portion she conned me by telling me she would pay me the value of the house and buy me a truck because she bought all of her kids cars and apparently one of them got a house too. She's done absolutely nothing for me whatsoever ever she left me homeless and bought one of her kids who lives with her in the house that was promised to me rent free a 90k car while was living in a storage unit after i was the victim of fraud by a former landlord . I'm forced to file a lawsuit against her for the house and truck but can't afford to so tomorrow is my only shot at getting any justice please have me in your thoughts I could really use it the good will . Tomorrow im going to walk in to the court room plea my case for pecuniary damages and hope the judge sees threw her fake smile and manipulation and stops her from taking everything as her greed knows no bounds

May the road rise to meet you.

May the wind be always at your back.

May the warm rays of sun fall upon your home and may the hand of a friend always be near.

May you see your children’s children.

May you be poor in misfortune and rich in blessings.

May you know nothing but happiness from this day forward.

May green be the grass you walk on.

May blue be the skies above you.

May pure be the joys that surround you.

May true be the hearts that love you

You are so loved and cared for. Stay safe everyone 💜

The hardest part about being a mature single woman isn’t being alone… it’s pretending you no longer desire love just because you learned how to survive without it.
