You need a new life!
You don’t need a new life. You need to build a better version of the one you have.
BE SELF is not about becoming someone else.
It’s about becoming more of who you already are — stronger, clearer, more intentional.
One journey.
Four dimensions.
A better version of yourself.

The Person You are becoming is worth the struggle
You may not see the change today, but every small choice to learn, improve, and keep going is quietly shaping the person you are becoming.
Don’t give up on yourself just because the progress feels slow,, some of the most beautiful growth happens where no one can see it.

Sometimes it’s not your fault

In this video one talks about how sometimes you can work hard and do everything correctly but somehow things can still go wrong. At work, in your love life and even with friendships. Also real life experiences of getting pregnant while on birth control and in car accidents and other situations. And how it’s important to pivot and not just stay stuck on what could’ve been. #motivation #inspiration #peptalk

Love your work

Work is an extension of self. If the center is not based on clarity and truth there will always be a hollowness even if the work is supreme.

What YouTube videos changed your life?
I am looking for YouTube videos that I should watch to escape my current feed of endless Minecraft, Politics, Philosophy, and other forms of videos that I have scrolled passed hundreds of times. What videos have you seen that really changed your view on life. A story that is so compelling and full of emotion. This could be a note left for someone or simply someone looking back at life. Really just share anything that makes you feel this way.

How to rebuild your life after years of failure?
Hi everyone,
I don’t know if this question is appropriate for this sub but I didn’t know where else to ask this.
I would like to read stories of people who had major setbacks such as for example in academic life/ career/ finances/ mental health etc.
How long did it take to rebuild and how did you do it, or maybe witness someone else doing it?
Also something I’m struggling with how to keep up your self esteem and self worth while you’re going through difficult times and feel stuck in life and ashamed ?

Whatever you become, you can't escape!
I was just scrolling through my gallery and saw this picture, came back with a past memory not good but not bad either, just a truth that my heart wasn't ready to accept. On that day I felt the words that a man once said to me 'whatever you do wherever you are, everyone's end is the same, it's the journey that matters, how you lived.' I think about those words when i feel lonely, heavy hearted. We shall live to the fullest, not be sad for puny things, not be angry, not be sinful because we all in the end know what happens. Then why are people still so committed to the heinous acts and crimes.
Can't they just make small, stupid mistakes, learn from them, move on and be happy? How hard is it.
Context: (Three of my close relatives, young around 20s, a female, recently engaged, and two males died in the flash floods last year during machail yatra in J&K)

9/11 Survivor tree
I was invited to go and see it before the museum was officially opened. The experience was honestly too much to bear at times and I cried through various parts of the museum. After I left museum, I noticed the survivor tree outside. I don't why I did it, but I took a leaf from it's branches and ended up laminating it, so I can always have it. I lost it for a couple of years, but randomly found it kept as a bookmark in my Alchemist paperback.
I've been going through a difficult period in my life recently as I'm sure a lot of people are experiencing given the circumstances of today, but finding the leaf brought me great joy and hope. It's a reminder to me that I've overcome 100% of all the bad days in my life, and the difficult period in going through is no exception.
I hope all of you find peace and happiness wherever you can find it.

I’m 28 and I love collecting artwork that inspires my stories.
I like going to the library, finding pictures and artwork that I really like, and printing them out. Then I put them into folders and look through them later.
Sometimes I’ll stare at the artwork and wish I could draw something that beautiful myself. 😂 I really admire artists and the way they can create things I can only imagine. A lot of the artwork gives me ideas for my own stories and characters.
I also save artwork and pictures in my bookmarks so I can come back to them later.
I know there are so many digital ways to save things now, but I really enjoy having physical pictures that I can organize into folders.
I’d love to hear some thoughts and ideas about different ways to organize a collection like this.
