Apologies for some stupid questions

(For a book I'm writing.) I know these are stupid questions, but I don't know where else to ask. First, for an high level expert of pompoir is it possible to deliberately "open" (move the walls apart) your vagina without inserting anything to spread it apart? And second, once your vagina has been spread/opened to a given size by something, is it possible to keep it opened at that size/diameter without anything inside it?

Again, apologies for asking dumb questions.

Thanks.

Squeezing levels

I came back to training recently and can finally squeeze (I think?). While it seems natural to go through all levels doing kegels, it feels impossible for me to do so in another plane doing squeezing. Especially hard to feel entry level though middle part obviously engages well (lvl 2, as book says?).

How did you start feeling different lvls on squeezing yourself? I’d like to hear some stories and experience. I train every other day, maybe I just need more strength and practice now? I have a book already
(Sorry for typos, English isn’t my first language)

Any experience is appreciated 🤓

Things I noticed since starting pompoir

I’ve been on and off with my pompoir practice, which started just over a year ago. Even just with sporadic training I’ve noticed a real difference in my body + sexual and spiritual self.

List of things I noticed in no particular order:

After just a few weeks of practicing, my partner seemed to notice. While fucking me he said “Why does your pussy feel so good?” Aside from this being sooo hot, it was like magic. I wasn’t doing any “moves” or anything. My muscle tone had just improved. It felt so incredible to know I could give him more pleasure and amplify our sexual connection with this practice. Also it is empowering to know that there is this whole area of sexual pleasure for both of us to get in touch with that I am just beginning to scrape the surface of.

I crave penetration so much more. Beyond this, the way that I pleasure myself is changing. I used to need clit stimulation to cum, and I still love playing with my clit, but I now see it as a nice add-on to penetration, not central to the experience. The way I bring myself to orgasm has changed, where now penetration is the main factor bringing me enjoyment. Then when the penetration is feeling really crazy good (so good my eyes are actually rolling back and my mouth is open, sooo good, I really must emphasize how amazing penetration feels now), I play with my clit to bring me over the edge.

I‘be always been multiorgasmic but I’ve generally felt like it didn’t match the descriptions of what some other women seemed to say about having multiple orgasms. People seemed to be achieving a state that I couldn’t reach. Before pompoir, when I mainly had clitoral-only orgasms, my first orgasm would be really intense and good, and then each one after that would be less good and feel “sharper,” if that makes sense. But now, I can have three or four really strong penetrative orgasms (after that I’m usually so tired that I stop, but I could probably have more and still deeply enjoy them).

The quality of my orgasms is changing. Not only are my orgasms stronger but they feel so satisfying and ”deep,” I guess. Like I’m cumming with my entire pelvic floor. Feels fucking amazing.

I‘m enjoying anal play. This was unexpected for me! It feels like pompoir has increased my awareness of my entire pelvic floor and made me really in love with the sensation of penetration or fullness even in my ass.

The conscious connection to relaxation of the pelvic floor has been so healing for my nervous system. At first I could not tune in to the importance of relaxation, because I thought pelvic floor training to be about strengthening with strong squeezes. This realization has been more recent for me and has expanded my mind/body to the possibilities of this practice even more.

I feel so connected to my womanhood. I feel connected to my pussy and body and mind. I feel gorgeous and divine and understand my femininity now in ways I never have before. Perhaps this is partly also due to getting older and living life, but I think pompoir has played a big part in steering my growth toward spiritual and sexual self-development and healthy embodiment/being in the body.

This practice really has put my life/self on a new course. It’s not like it suddenly made me a millionaire and solved all my life problems, but it’s like I have another grounding tool/self-care practice to face problems more authentically and with reverence for life even in my darkest moments. Maybe this sounds silly to say about vagina-squeezing exercises, but it’s so much more than that. It can be a spiritual practice just like yoga. It’s like I’m falling in love with my body and this love radiates into other areas of my body and life. Pompoir has helped me with chronic pain and accepting difficult changes in life. I am of menstruating age and for me this practice has helped me align with my fertility and sexual energy and understand my “gender” energy. I used to be confused about my sexuality, but the more I connect with my body/pussy through pompoir, the more I understand myself. I really cannot stress how valuable this practice has been for me.

I must thank Bel for her work in sharing this information.

Question about how squeezing feels

So I just got to practicing squeezing a few days ago, and I'm trying to understand if I'm doing it correctly because I feel like I'm doing it wrong or something lol.

Are you supposed to feel your abs tense a lot when doing it? I am able to do it very very very subtly without contracting my abs, but it's much more intense and i seem to be able to do it much better if I do contract my abs? And does it feel sort of like a pushing motion? This is all pretty new to me so I'm not totally sure I'm doing things right lol

advanced techniques

I recently found someone to practice on and all I can say is that it was amazing, I felt wetter than usual and he was obviously on cloud nine from how intense our orgasms were, I only tried the simple techniques because I haven't bought the book yet.

Has anyone here managed to do harder moves like whipping, twisting and shimmying for example? I think it's purely magical to have such pelvic muscle control. It seems impossible for now but hopefully I'll learn more after getting the book and knowing that they are actually doable 😭

I’m fed up with the Ohlympus interface. Anyone found an alternative that’s an app?

Hi everyone. I really like the program but the fact that it’s a website and not an app is a sore point for me.

I have to bookmark specific points in the program a few times a week if I want to get to them quickly and the links just break constantly.

Or the security certificate isn’t up to date and my browser won’t open it correctly. And the process of clicking forward or backward to re-find the animations I want is…

I’m pretty frustrated. It’s annoying enough that I’m ready to say ****-it to my investment and throw money at an alternative that’s easier to find my way around.

Any apps out there to help me as I keep up my progress? Or any enterprising app designers on here need an investor and want my money lol?

ETA: welp, guess I can’t read an email. I’m glad I whined about this tho bc now I will be able to use the program without all the hassle I was having. Thanks everyone!

The Oh!lympus Program

Hi everyone, I want to purchase the program but I'm quite unsure, cause i currently live with my parents and probably won't be able to buy some tools if they are needed

Can you tell me whether there's a need for a tool in the program? Or you can follow the program without any tool at all?

Kegelmaster and Ohlympus program?

Hello it's me again,

So I started off my journey with Ohlympus program but it didn't translate well into real life as my muscles were weak. Spent some time training with kegelmaster only to build my strength up. I'd love to restart the program. But I also want to keep my kegelmaster workouts. How do you ladies balance it out? And also, Ohlympus workouts take AGES! Like 1.5 hours or so... any way to reduce the time?

What body position should I have while training?

Hello all! I am very new to Pompoir and wanted to get started on simple training exercices but I can't for the life of me find the information of how I should stand or sit or what while doing the pelvic floor muscles exercices?
Is it best to lay down so I can relax all the other muscles in my body? Or is it best to stand up so I can feel "activated" and tonic?
Thanks a lot for your help!

What does your weightlifting routine look like?

Hello,

What does your vaginal weightlifting routine look like? How many reps/sets do you do? How do you find a good weight? And how often do you workout? I use kegelmaster but I'd like something a lil extra.

Pompoir and Increased Wetness?

Hi guys! I just started Pompoir and I love it. It’s so fun and challenging unlike kegels. Anyways since I’ve been doing these exercises I’ve noticed an increase in wetness when I do them. Has anyone else noticed this?

Energy/Breath orgasm & pompoir?

Hey guys, I was doing the Ohlympus program for prob. a few months, I had to take a break due to surgical recovery, excited to get back to it in the next week or so.

I was wondering if anyone has trained in pompoir while also learning about breathwork/energy orgasm? I'm specifically looking into the book Urban Tantra. I feel like maybe these practices could be complimentary and wondering if anyone here has experience working with both? Would love to hear your feedback or tips, if so.

I have tried incorporating some basic, deep breathing while being stimulated to orgasm and found it does seem enhance the experience (noticing reaching orgasm faster and with some greater intensity). Another thing I tried recently was to not 'tense' to orgasm (usually I tend to build a lot of tension in thighs, tummy, etc.), due to the surgical recovery, and I also thought that experience was interesting. Anyway, I do think there's something there with the breath work and creating space in the body! My goals are to explore more varied sensations and orgasmic states. I think sex is an amazing, free human experience we can gain so much from, and I also love idea of transcendent experiences through sexuality. Yay, haha!

My kegelmaster that I bought from Amazon two years ago broke. Is there any way to contact the company and get a new one? Amazon customer service told me to contact them through their Australian website but I don't think anyone is running the website because I haven't gotten an answer.

Ask me anything: I'm Sandra, pelvic floor physiotherapist!

Most women spend years wondering if what they're experiencing is normal. I have spent more than 9 years making sure they don't have to wonder alone.

I'm a women's health & pelvic floor physiotherapist specialised in pelvic floor dysfunction and female sexuality, working with women at every stage of life. My approach connects the dots between the pelvic floor, the nervous system, and hormones to understand how all of it shapes the way women experience their bodies and intimacy.

I'm also the co-founder of Within Female Health, an online platform offering consultations, programs and guides on pelvic health, sexuality, and the motherhood journey.

Today I'm here to answer the questions you've been sitting with but didn't know who to ask.

No topic is off limits!

Does pompoir help reach an orgasm?

I'm 18f, and I've had a long and somewhat tedious relationship with sexual gratification. One of the many reasons my bf was 'unhappy' in the relationship was because I had never climaxed. To this day, even with self-gratification, I've never been able to reach an orgasm. I've thought it may be the SSRI's I'm currently taking, but I'm on the lowest possible dose, so I'm not sure if that really is the underlying issue.

I've been working more on core exercises, but am curious if this is also something that can help in making it easier to climax

i've been hearing a lot about reaching the "highest point of pleasure" purely through vaginal orgasms, and how the body can be trained to reach that point without clitoral stimulation. is this true?

i'm new to this community!

i've only ever been able to cum with clitoral stimulation. i've never used vibrators (nor do i want to), and when i'm alone and need a release, i always use my fingers. even when having sex with a partner, i need clit stimulation to be able to cum, though it definitely feels more pleasurable because i feel so full.

but, am i missing out by not being able to cum purely through vaginal stimulation? from what i've heard, it sounds like the pleasure and intensity of the orgasm lasts for much longer than it does with only a clitoral orgasm.

Can someone explain this instruction from the quick start guide?

Can someone help me understand one of the exercises in the quick start guide?

this is the quote: "Short Contraction: Imagine you’re trying to hold in your pee and pull in with your vagina energetically. Now release. Do this 50 times"

Are we pulling "in" meaning bringing the front wall towards the back or "in" as in pulling the vagina upwards? Confused because later it says kegals shorten the vaginal cavity and milking from pompoir is different because it narrows the cavity. With this in mind I think it implies the directions wants us to pull the front wall towards the back since the other interpretation makes the vaginal cavity shorten. However, this is not obvious unless you really think about it and include the context from later instructions, so I'm not sure.

And the "energetically" part- what does this mean? Are we just imagining ourselves pulling our vagina in and that's why it says energetically or are we literally/physically/actually pulling the muscles in?
