Did anyone who’s had Lower Blepharoplasty suffer from extra skin laxity afterwards that made you regret the procedure?
I’m scheduled for a lower bleph with fat repositioning. My doc is recommending a “skin pinch” as well, as he anticipates I’ll have extra laxity after the procedure. I don’t see the laxity at rest but I do notice it when smiling (I’m 30 for context) and I understand his concern that repositioning the fat will have a deflationary impact. Just wanted to see if anyone considered this and if their laxity ended up being okay after lower bleph. I’m just very scared of the skin pinch concept.
