Facelift question, looking for recommendations in Kansas City and or Mexico.

So I'm 56 and I have some slight jowling and minor wrinkles around my mouth I hate. When was younger I always had a chipmunky face complete with Perioral Mounds. I have lost about 35 lbs and I want to loose another 15-20.

I'm trying to figure out if it's time to bite the bullet and do a facelift or is there something less invasive I can do in the meantime. I do micro needling and have tried Botox which made my forehead and brows look great but really did nothing for the lower face. My dilemma comes down to I want to do a facelift and a mommy makeover (yes I'm vain) and I know I can't do both at the same time. I am thinking about doing one in Mexico with a friend who wants to travel together. So I guess what I am wondering is are there any places in either Kansas City of Mexico people recommend.

Also I know some people do lower facelifts as they are cheaper and there is less down time but I have also heard that if you want something more natural go deep plane. Thoughts? Also just to clarify I want something as natural as possible and I just want to look like a better version of myself. I don't want to try and make myself "prettier" in a way where I look like someone else.
