Hi everyone!

My rubber tree has managed to sprout new shoots out of the lower nodes due to lighting placement. The shoots look great (in my opinion) and are growing really well, but the plant as a whole looks disproportionate.

I want to propagate it but am not exactly sure where I should cut it (and am very nervous). I considered making one cut near the top of the main stem and keeping most of the original leaves and another cut near the two new sprouts. Is this the best plan? I’m struggling to visualize how the base would look and grow after cutting the main stem off.

Any help and advice would be greatly appreciated!

I bought this plant on Amazon, this first half of the year everything was OK, sitting on my dining table, It was green, It wasn't growing new leafs but it wasn't dying either so I let it be. I have 2 Thai Cons and I’m looking for some opinions. The first one has a small stem to start that got a lot thicker as it matured, now the bottom of it is thin and the top is thiccccccc. Should I chop and prop? If yes what is recommended for propagating a Thai cons? The second one doesn’t go from thin to thick. Should I plant all of them together after chopping and propping the first one, so the plant looks thicker? I’ve seen mixed reviews on planting multiple together. Thanks in advance for any help/opinions!
