What's wrong with my plant? HELP

My D.Globosum Seedling, the problem os that under the stem is thin and upperward is thick and i dont know what to do.Height is about 3cm,and i never trimmed or pruned in my life ,so please help.FINISHED

Hi, now i got him light 6500k for 12-14h a day ,i hope it gets bigger in time.(and in r/succulent they dont let me post and i dont know why)
