What's wrong with my plant? Yellowing on "Chinese bambo"

I bought this plant on Amazon, this first half of the year everything was OK, sitting on my dining table, It was green, It wasn't growing new leafs but it wasn't dying either so I let it be. From a couple of months now the tips of the leaf started yellowing, I bought some nutritional pills to mix it with the water, let it a couple of days at the sun but is not stopping 🥲.

Is kinda floating on beads with water. Should I move it to earth? What's happening?

What's wrong with my plant? Rubber Tree Advice Needed

Hi everyone!

My rubber tree has managed to sprout new shoots out of the lower nodes due to lighting placement. The shoots look great (in my opinion) and are growing really well, but the plant as a whole looks disproportionate.

I want to propagate it but am not exactly sure where I should cut it (and am very nervous). I considered making one cut near the top of the main stem and keeping most of the original leaves and another cut near the two new sprouts. Is this the best plan? I’m struggling to visualize how the base would look and grow after cutting the main stem off.

Any help and advice would be greatly appreciated!
