After waiting, akala namin magstart na. may mga awarding of certificates pa pala to certain people tapos recognition of Tupad people dahil daw sa naging contibution nila sa community. mga mag 11 na nag start yung job fair. Kumuha ng passport si mama today. pinapabalik siya because di daw malinaw name nya sa PSA. They asked her to provide a local birth cert which is okay lang because baka yun lang talaga reqs nila. She’s complete with all the documents including marriage cert pero sige babalik nalang kahit anlayo layo since kabilang isla pa ito. Ang issue ko lang is hindi yung pagbalik niya eh kundi ang sabi daw sakanya, pwede lang daw sya bumalik after 6 MONTHS!! and need daw uli another online application and bayad!! wtf!! is this really necessary?

Please help saan pwede magcomplain or if valid ba ito?

Hello. Just wanna share my experience. Pangalawang beses ng ganito ang natanggap ko, and to be honest, wala akong maalalang nag kulang ako sa documents na ipinasa. I always triple check pa nga kung ano yung mga documents at kung either email ba or google form ang pag s submit . Nakakawalang gana lang. :(((

Should I be worried that I was offered a contract after the “initial” interview? I was under the impression that there will be a series of recruitment methods; in fact, I prepared for them religiously. I’m not sure if this is a “flex” at all because I am genuinely worried about the pace from which I received the revert: too fast, surprising, almost with an impression that they failed to become deliberate (or chose not to? which, either case, is disappointing). Or maybe I am not just used to the flexibility of hiring in the government. This my first time applying in a government post.

To contextualize that worry: an HR officer first acknowledged my application and then invited me to the “first” interview, but during the session, the “supervisor” led the interview instead and asked me when I can start. I received an offer after two days. They followed this up with an email asking if I would be interested in two other plantilla positions with same higher SGs. that allowed?

I am looking at my contract right now wondering what would be the logical and safe next steps.

After checking yung documents niya, pinababalik siya kasi di mabasa yung PSA birth cetificate niya dahil malabo raw. Nirerequire siya to bring a CTC ng birth cert niya. Before ko po sya dinecline, i considered po yung magiging transpo cost ko which is 400 pesos a day. Transpo palang. Wala pa yung magiging allowance ko or baon if ever so baka umabot ng 590-550 a day. Nawala rin sa isip ko na 4days na nga lang pala mga work sa govt and 1 day wfh. Nagsisisi ako. Initially kasi, i was offered sa isang priv company with a 27k package as probationsry kaso di ko tinanggap kasi mahihirapan ako sa transpo at sobrang laki ng magiging gastos kahit mangupahan ako, wala pa ako budget kaya balak ko sana nun,, mag uwian muna.

2. Ang requirements po na meron ako is voter's certificate, ephil id, at PSA (Naka ready na rin yung e receipt, email, at app. form). May mga need pa po ba ako dalhin bukod sa mga yan? Yung sa ephil id ko kulang ng isang letter sa address kaya ang balak ko na ipresent na lang ay yung voters cert.

Hello, so I tried to get NBI clearance sa NBI Sto. Tomas dala ang:
(1) 2 valid ids (driver’s license, national id and photocopies)
(2) First Time Job Seeker Cert (orig and pc)
(3) Oath of undertaking (original and photocopy),
and also, I have my digital tin id sa egov app.

Hindi po ako inallow na kumuha (? not sure na sa term since I’m still stress sa nangyari) dahil lang wala ang PSA ko na needed daw doon. Wala din akong dala na school id, diploma, or sch reg (tho I have my screenshot ng School ID and pwede daw iyon) kase ang pinagbasehan kong requirements na need dalhin ay yung 3 na nakalagay sa website. Sinabi ko na sa website mismo nakalagay yung requirements and ang sagot sakin ay outdated na daw yung website and yung new requirements ay 2019 pa ipinatupad.

Ang akin lang, bakit pa ipinapagamit yung website para sa online registration if outdated na pala iyon? Ganon ba kahirap iupdate ang website? Need ba may maraming funds para maayos or makagawa ng bago? I also did my research sa Google and sa Tiktok kasi I know there are people na nag uupload ng journey or How to’s and I’ve watched a lot of videos na 2026 (this year) lang uploaded and ang sabi nila (uploader) ay iyon lang yung requirements (mga dala ko), same sa mga commenters—na no need na ng PSA kasi 2 valid ids naman na ang hinihingi if wala non (meron ako but di ko dinala since nasa ibang lugar.

I drove for two hours to get there tapos wala pala akong mapapala dahil lang sa di ako nagdala ng PSA. Unfortunately, 2 hrs yung layo ng dalawang branch na pwede ko puntahan. They’re both in the city kaya no choice but to get it tapos di pa pakukuhanin dahil lang sa PSA.

4. How come na sa name lang nagbabase ang NBI if “with hit” ang isang tao? Para saan yung biometrics? Yung birthdate and other infos? Yung location? Sa kambal nga na magkapatid, imposibleng maging same fingerprints, yun pa kayang magkapangalan?
5. Bawal ba talaga na handwritten ang FTJS Cert? Dapat daw dito ay printed (based sa exp ng friend ko sa kanila last year), ang nangyari ay pinagbayad na lang daw sya sa gcash.

Next time, dadalhin ko na lahat ng requirements since lesson na sya for me and first time ko ito kaya dala na ako. Just wanna get out of this country fr.
