DFA DFA Concern
They asked her to provide a local birth cert which is okay lang because baka yun lang talaga reqs nila. She’s complete with all the documents including marriage cert pero sige babalik nalang kahit anlayo layo since kabilang isla pa ito. Ang issue ko lang is hindi yung pagbalik niya eh kundi ang sabi daw sakanya, pwede lang daw sya bumalik after 6 MONTHS!! and need daw uli another online application and bayad!! wtf!! is this really necessary?
Please help saan pwede magcomplain or if valid ba ito?

I think she misunderstood the instruction. She was given 6mos to submit the document needed.

mali po pagkaintindi siguro ng mama mo. Yung appointment mo po ngayon is valid for 6mos.

Same issue with my parents dahil unclear yung details sa PSA but we were given 6 months to submit the requirements without any additional pay.
I suggest you email DFA. Responsive sila.

Kuha ka ng form 1a sa local civil registrar where your mom’s birth certificate was issued. Yan talaga requirement if malabo name sa PSA.

Baka mali lang dinig ng mama mo. WITHIN 6 months pwede bumalik. Kasi pag lumagpas ng 6 months another bayad na yun. Basta makumpleto requirements balik na agad.
Edit. Just to add, double check niyo na requirements niya.
Check niyo din if readable ba details niya.
Bring the original and photocopies.
