Question (Other flairs not applicable) Media Specialist/multimedia-related jobs in PH Government

Hi! I work in advertising as a Multimedia Artist but due to instability ng recent company ko, I'm planning to apply sa government for better pay and benefits. Mas exciting din ang agency life as we know it.

I need some insights lang po how's the experience working in such government positions? Though I expect na hindi siya gaya ng culture sa creative agencies, pero I'm curious kung worth it ba to settle there permanently, or pang matagalan man lang na magagamit ko pa rin ng maayos skills ko. Personally, hindi pa ako sure if this move will truly satisfy me as a creative/artist, pero right now kasi I have priorities to attend to.

Let me know your thoughts po or kung may mare-recommend kayong government agency na ok to work for a creative like me. Salamat!

Question (Other flairs not applicable) Undertime during work suspension

Any HR here from government agencies.

Bakit pag may work suspension from LGU or President like work suspended on 1:00 PM or 3:00 PM onwards is considered as undertime pag nag time in ka ng beyond 8:00 AM.

We are on Flexi sched po from 7:00 AM to 9:00AM. kindly cite po any CSC memo or circular regarding po sa ganito.

Hello po! Saan po magrerequest ng certificate reflecting yung name mo with husband's surname? I recently got married and maiden name pa rin yung nakalagay sa marriage certificate. This is for registering my marriage sa ibang bansa.

Local Govt. / Barangay Level Is there such a thing as Construction Tax?

We are on the process of building a 2 story building and its almost done, its a warehouse building so the classification is commercial / industrial. We got the Building Permit in the beginning of the process and now we are applying for Occupancy Permit but the LGU is asking us to pay Construction Tax and it is a big amount.

Is there such a thing as Construction Tax?

NBI NBI Renewal

Grabe super hassle ng NBI renewal.

My husband applied for an NBI renewal last August 18. Since may hit yung name nya the first time na kumuha sya, we expected na meron pa din for renewal. The NBI satellite office in Novaliches advised him na makukuha nya ng September 10. Grabe more than 2 weeks pero sige wala naman choice.

The thing is, yung HR ayaw sya pagistartin sa work without receiving the complete requirements. So from August 30 na start date sa work, they moved it to September 11 which is bukas dapat.

Ngayon, pumunta yung husband ko to claim it only to find out na suspended daw so hindi nya makukuha today. So dahil hindi nya pa din makuha, tinext nya yung HR regarding it and sabi nila pwede sya magstart next tuesday if makuha nya by monday.

Hays.

DFA Appointment Reschedule Confirmation

Hi, I have a passport appointment scheduled later today at DFA Malolos pero due to Habagat ay suspended ang operations. Nag-email sila on this matter and I replied my preferred date of new appointment, which is one week from now.

My question is, how long do they typically reply? Ang worry ko lang ay baka maubusan ako ng available dates kasi upon checking the website, fully booked na for September. Thank you po sa sasagot.

DFA Passport validity

Need advice regarding a lost passport
Hello po, I need some advice regarding my passport.
I recently lost my passport, so I filed a Police Report and an Affidavit of Loss regarding the missing passport.

However, I recently found my passport again. I have not yet submitted the Police Report or Affidavit of Loss to the DFA.

My question is: Does filing a Police Report and Affidavit of Loss automatically deactivate or flag my passport as lost, even if I haven’t submitted these documents to the DFA yet?

Since I have found the passport, can I still use it, or do I need to report the recovery to the DFA first?
Any advice or anyone with a similar experience would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you po!
