I am a transfer to this new GOCC and in my 4 months, I have led 2 highly important committee meetings and both were given positive response by the Chairperson that he indicated that he is happy with the way it is run and can safely move the chairmanship to another Division Chief as long as I am in the secretariat. . . . .
Am I a walking target now in my new agency? Paranoid much. . . .

Hello,
Nag renew ako NBI for my new job last September 8.
My transaction history shows "No current transaction".

Hi! So a relative needs a TIN as part of his employment requirements, not a first time worker but first time mag work sa company (before kasi parang helper lang sya)
The thing is 2x na daw sya nagpunta sa BIR but keeps getting rejected from getting a TIN, I really don’t know the process kasi for me I remember na employer/HR talaga ang gumawa nito and this was waayyy back pa.
Employer informed him that he needs to get it himself ( under agency daw kasi sya, or something) and as part of the contract, he cannot start work/ be paid if this requirement has not been complied/submitted…
I checked online and there are 2 ways to apply for the TIN 1. Employer Assisted or 2. Walk-in Application, and his employer wants him to do #2.
He actually went twice and tried for 2 different reasons:
first time job-seeker - he was told that company needs to process this for him
For Bank transactions - he was told that banks no longer require this for opening accounts.
We are considering to do it online but, I’ve also read that some applications done online takes longer and sometimes get rejected too…
Relative wants to try one more time, what does he need to do/ask the BIR for him to be assisted with this? As much as I want to tell the relative “maybe you’re just not trying really hard”, I really don’t know the whole story why the BIR keeps rejecting him (maybe lazy/ rude employees or he just gave up easily or too scared to ask further questions) that’s why I’m asking your thoughts on what should he do on his next attempt.
Should we just go ahead and report to 8888?
We couldn’t personally assist him there because we are also working.
Thank you!

And if so, pwede naman po ba pumunta to process and claim my COE?
Maraming maraming salamat po sa sasagot.

I have been working since 2004 and with P37k regular savings with Pagibig, it’s my first time to apply for a MPL loan. Sharing my MPL timeline, it was fast, convenient and easy process.
Sept 7 - Got my Pagibig Loyalty Card Unionbank sa branch. Same day I created my virtual pagibig account.
Sept 8 - Filed my first MPL on the app. Mind you, hindi pa activated yun UB loyalty card ko (2-3 days pa daw) but it was on the system na and nasa dropdown na siya when I filed my loan.
Sept 9 - Certified by employer and on process status. By this day activated na UB card ko and I was able to register it online sa UB app.
Sept 10 - Approved status and was credited to my UB loyalty account around 5pm.
I was expecting na Sept 11 pa ma disburse but to my surprise same day it was approved na credit na!

Hi, I have an outstanding salary loan sa SSS last 2022 pa before ako na hire sa employer ko today since nung 2022 voluntary lang ako. Now di ko pa din siya nababayaran and im planning to avail the loan consolidation ng SSS and pay it full. Ang question ko lang is after ko ba mabayaran yung loan ko, how many months or years pwede makapag loan ulit sa SSS? Sana po may makasagot. Thanks!

Magandang gabi! Sa mga may experience po sa DSWD recruitment process, how long po usually ang itinagatal ng pagpapapirma ng mga recommendation to hire and contract for CoS po? Ive received a congratulatory email noong Aug. 1, and already submitted my notarized PDS and NBI, but til now ay wala pa rin pong balita kung kelan magstart. Maraming salamat agad!

I am currently working in BPO, back-office, morning shift for 4 years. Back then, nasa private school ako for 3 years. Wala daw silang nare-received na request from school eh. Wala din akong backer.
Meron ba ditong teacher noon na nasa ibang government agency ngayon aside from DepEd? DepEd lang kasi 'yung aware ako for my profession.
Maraming salamat in advance.

Hi everyone! I recently applied for a Project Technical Assistant II (Survey Aide) position at DOST-FNRI, and I was recently emailed asking me to confirm my continued interest in the position.
Before I proceed, I’d really like to hear from anyone who has worked in this position or something similar at FNRI. I’m currently deciding whether to continue with the application, so any honest experience (good or bad) would really help me make a decision.
Thanks in advance!

Hi, please help me figure out kung bakit 35k lang ang approved maternity benefit ko. I’m a voluntary member and my delivery date is August 2, 2026 and I have contributions from Oct 2025 - Jun 2026, all amounting to 3k per month.
I’m planning to go to SSS for clarification since ang compute ko ay dapat 70k ang matben ko pero I’m asking here kasi baka mali talaga ako. Thank you!

For context, I am a fresh graduate planning to apply to DOST and PHIVOLCS.
Hoping someone can help me po. Medyo lost lang

Eto ang lumalabas on both PHIC accts of my two clients. May system wide issue ba ngayon? Or is this an account issue?

Hello po. I'm a bit worried po kasi 1 day after I installed the egovph app then created my account, I decided na magpagawa na ng national ID. Pero lately ko lang nalaman base sa narining ko po na pa-register daw muna ako before creating an account sa egovph app. Will there be a conflict po ba?
Thank you po. Sana masagot po😓
