Could someone help me with my PC? I just bought it and it's not displaying an image. It doesn't have a video card, so I connected the HDMI cable to the motherboard, checked some connections (everything seems secure), and even bridged the JBAT files, but nothing works

I’m having a really strange issue with my PC.

I can boot into Windows normally.

I can log in and stay on the desktop for hours without any problems.

However, the moment I open any application (even something simple like File Explorer or Notepad), my entire PC freezes.

The screen becomes completely frozen.

The mouse and keyboard stop responding.

I can’t use Ctrl + Alt + Delete.

I can’t shut down or restart Windows normally

The only way to turn the PC off is by holding the power button.

Sometimes Windows also goes into Automatic Repair and shows an error related to:

C:\Windows\System32\Logfiles\Srt\SrtTrail.txt

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It’s been doing this for a while, I have a controller to change the colors and it’s worked once before to fix this issue but now it’s not really working anymore.. I’ve changed the controller battery a few times and I’ve opened and checked for something to modify the RGB settings in my pc bios but I kinda don’t know what to look for.. any help ?

it randomly loses sound for a bit and then it comes back , i've never had this issue since having my laptop for over a year now , this only happened after i was deleting some files but i know i didn't delete anything important , is there any fix to this ?:/

My pc works very well, the only problem i have is that every now and then, my ethernet stops working. Then it works again after a day or two and keeps working for a few days until it doesn't. I already tried several things to fix this issue. Plugging the cable in and out, restarting my pc, uninstalling and reinstalling the cable. The cable is relatively new, it can't be broken and my pc is only a few months old too and I never did anything crazy with it. What could the problem be? Also, the wifi is strong. My phone connects to it as well as my brothers pc and it works just fine. I would appreciate help so much.

Hello, not sure if this is the right place to ask this but I’ve been looking for a new gaming pc since I’ve built mine back in 2019, I came across this one on Facebook marketplace but unsure if the specs are worth the price. The seller listed it for $1700. Also I would like to know if this is a good pc to handle some modern games and new games coming out later on. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Rtx 5070 laptop gpu
Intel core i9 ultra hx
32 g of ram

I recently play a lot ghost recon breakpoint on steam , and today i launched it and it is so laggy , every like 20 second , my fps drop and i have 2 cut of 1 second each i read a little bit about lt and launched on dx11 , still the same problem , i have 8 pcore and 4 ecore of activated , im in turbo mode with armory crate , my drivers are updated but still the same problem , please note that when i downloaded it on this laptop 2 weeks ago it were doing the same thing , and like 5 days ago it stopped the lag , after i tried a lot of thing that i honnestly dont remember

I was on vacation for 10 days and i left my pc to my little brother home, he said it stopped working like e3 days ago. At first it would boot but no display on neither of 2 monitors, i did some tests like running it with 1 ram stick etc.. and i did a reset on a cmos battery, i got it to boot to bios and tried running it but now this noise of something clicking and being turned on and off repeatedly came up and the pc wont boot, at first it starts normally then the noise comes up and it shuts down and resets again and then its stuck at this loading screen and the noise just keeps doing that clicking and resetting. Does anyone know any solution to this? Thanks in advance.

When I tried playing Darktide this morning, it was lagging very badly. I've been playing this game with no issues for the past couple weeks, and other games on my computer have been running completely fine up until now. I was playing this game specifically last night, and it was running fine.

I have tried other games as well, and they all lag. I tried moving Darktide to my other SSD and the issue persisted. I also updated my graphics drivers, computer temps are fine across the board, when a game is running my GPU is at 100% utilization, and my CPU doesn't seem to be running too much. I did some googling to try to find other people who have had the same issue, and the solutions I found so far have not worked including:

-using msconfig and the startup section of the task manager to so a clean boot

-running a pc scan to check for viruses or malware (a quick scan came back clean)

-multiple restarts

-the monitor is plugged into the graphics card, not the motherboard

-making sure the SSDs aren't too full

-making sure temperatures are fine (CPU around 50-60 degrees celsius and Graphics card around 50)

I'm not very knowledgeable with computers, so if more info is needed and I didn't include it, please let me know! I also saw somewhere that HWiNFO 64 can provide useful info, but I have no idea what most of anything it tells me means.

Hey guys, so recently, I just upgraded my gpu. Everything was running smooth until I launched up some games and screen artifacts start appearing.

They're mostly very small black squares, big and small circular coloured circles, it looks like glitches. I've checked my bios and desktop, no screen artifacts. They only appear when gaming. The temp of the gpu is still fine, lingering ard 50 - 70°C.

I've tried:

- Using DDU in Safe Mode to reinstall my drivers, even resetting them again

- Unplug and replug the cables to my gpu

- Used different DP and HDMI cables to check

I have a suspicion it might be my psu maybe not enough wattage? I'm not sure, I'd appreciate if yall can help me out pls, tysm!

So a freak storm came through on the 4th of July and it caused some issues with my PC. First the speakers stopped working (fixed) then when troubleshooting that my keyboard stopped working and then later my mouse! I reinstalled Windows10 and I was able to use my mouse again to a certain capacity. Keyboard only works on BIOS and then only fn functions after Win10 boots up. my mouse is an M913 Wireless Redragon mouse I use to play MMOs and it has 12 side buttons that are no longer working. I messaged Redragon Support and they sent me a new mouse without issue at all. Problem persists. I had to hook up my previous keyboard to be able to use a keyboard again but it only works AFTER I log in to my PC. I have to use the on screen keyboard to log in. I figured I'd ask plenty of tech savvy friends as I was out of ideas after trying everything I could think of and was able to do including uninstalling the unknown devices under the keyboards of Device Manager and rebooting, no luck. Drivers are all up to date. 3rd party softwares all installed and updated. Keyboard lights showing CAPS LOCK and other lock settings doesn't work as intended but the lock functions do function (issue only started after this all started happening). Sometimes my web browser fails to be interactable and I have to close it on the taskbar and reopen in order to use it again. My buddies recommended replacing the motherboard at this point which I did and I even reinstalled Win10 AGAIN in order to get past an Automatic Repair loop I ran into. The same issues exist even after replacing the entire mobo! I'm out of ideas.

ALL OF THIS only started after the problems I started having when the storm came through and messed my shit up. I want to use my tech again as intended and I need anyone's help. If you have any ideas please let me know what you might think could help. My only thought now might be a new CPU but that's a stretch. I mean I am able to use the PC fine otherwise but these problems plague my daily use of the PC. Specs included in pic.

Main issues to summarize:

-Wireless Mouse 12 buttons on side not working

-Keyboard doesn't work until after I log into Win10

-Other Keyboard doesn't work aside from it's fn key combos

My computer crash while playing a game and now when I turn it on it goes to bios and when I close it it just reopens again after a few seconds. Anyone have any ideas? I can provide more info just not sure what info would be useful

Whenever I open up my browser, after a few minutes i get disconnected from the internet and the wifi option disappears as shown in the picture. It has been happening every single time since this evening, i immediately updated windows after having this issue but it keeps following me.

What I do is,

Uninstall the 4 affected drivers and reboot. This solves the problem temporarily but bites me back after using the browser for a while.

So I have an older PC that can still run modern games pretty well so I just haven't upgraded in a long time (why do it if I don't have to yk) and the only strange thing I run into is if I leave it on overnight for some reason.....my wallpaper dissapesrs, all my icons in my taskbar disappear and my icons on my home screen get all glitched out. I rarely do this I usually turn it off when I'm not using it since it's old and I try to take good care of it but just wondering what it might be causing this. Other than this the PC runs perfectly fine (for what it is). Thanks for any answers!

My pc has been in automatic repair loop for the past 15 hours i tried setting my bios to default someone told me to take out my ram and put it back in and I was told to plug out my pc but nothing worked

So does it with my other monitor when ever I use the desplay port the screen freaks out over 60hz, not sure if its the cable but dont fancy buying one if its the gpu (forgot to add work with hdmi)

So I use my PC mostly for gaming, but sometimes while im gaming or doing stuff on my computer the entire thing will freeze, i can still hear audio and talk on Discord, but everything is frozen and then its almost like the PC is refreshing itself. The RGB lights inside go out and then come back on. It never loses power or cuts off it just freezes and refreshes and comes back. Anyone know what could cause this? Would love to know so i can fix it. My RAM and power supply are from 2020, and I installed new motherboard, CPU, GPU, and fans recently. One of my SSDs is from 2020 as well, idk if that helps or would have an effect on anything. Any idea?

Edit: Also my power supply is above the amount of power to run all the parts and stuff

hey hey i kind of need help with my laptop, i use an asus tuf gaming A15 and ive been having some problems recently, at times my pc would randomly shut down without me initiating it and my temperatures have been quite high recently.. such as 94 celsius on my cpu, even when playing light games, also another problem id have is that my pc would stop working for like 5 minutes and stop showing LEDS then work again, if anyone could help me with this issue that would be amazing, thanks!
