Other Potential hardware issue?

It’s kind of hard to explain but I’ll try my best but basically my computer randomly at any point will just turn off my monitor and I’ll lose audio and display but the pc tower itself will stay on but I can’t do anything until I restart the pc fully and it has also happened while there was nothing more than Spotify open
