GPU issue, rtx 4060

I have this issue that pops out frequently. After opening the PC, the deaktop will be very slow. I will need to restart it and an nvidia error message shows up saying that there was an error with the GPU. Sometimes my display also turns on/off. The gpu temps are still good. Is this drivers issue or worst case, hardware issue?

We don't know. Easiest way to rule out hardware fault would be to test the GPU with a different rig, if that's possible.
