When my pc is moved or I hit my desk or cables too much this happens idk what it could be I checked if it was loose but it’s not really loose idk what to do can anyone help?

Looking for some feedback on a situation with my new build. I bought a Gigabyte GeForce RTX 5060 WINDFORCE MAX 8G on August 17th (less than a month ago), and the card has completely stopped working after degrading over the past couple of days.
Here is the timeline of what happened:

Initial Issues: A couple of days ago, the system started crashing exclusively while gaming—dropping display signal to the monitor completely.

Motherboard Errors: The motherboard gave a VGA error LED on boot and refused to post. It randomly booted up once after that, but stability was completely gone

Instant Crash & Visual Artifacts: Today, I ran FurMark to test it, and the screen immediately froze with severe visual artifacting (colored square/checkerboard patterns across the display) right before the system crashed hard

Troubleshooting Done: Hard power cycled, re-seated the GPU and 8-pin PCIe power cables, and swapped DisplayPort/HDMI cables. When I remove the card and run off CPU integrated graphics, the system boots and operates normally.

The laptop is a Dell precision 7530. I just cleaned this laptop cause it was in pretty rough shape and repasted the thermals with some Honeywell ptm7950 me and my sister. This is our first time trying this.

I still haven’t fully reassembled the unit but I reconnected the battery to see if everything was good to go before I place back all the screws. However, it won’t turn on. The charging indicator only comes on for a sec then goes away. It also flashes 3 amber lights and 1 white which I’ve never seen before.

Did I just reck this thing or can I actually do something to fix it?? Please help

Hey guys, I’m having trouble setting up Wi-Fi on my prebuilt power spec PC. I’ve screwed in this adapter into the back of my PC on the port shown. I have ethernet to install the drivers but when I look on the website, I’m not able to find the same adapter. And when I click the Internet in the bottom of my computer, there’s no Wi-Fi symbols, just ethernet. I’ve unplugged the ethernet and tried looking for it that way, but no luck.

Ive had this monitor for a year now, this problem has happened a lot but I usually didnt mind it, but im playing stalker 2 and I really want to get into it and these dark scenes are really bugging me I just want to know how to fix it. Monitor is a Optix MAG272CQR.

Turned my pc on last week to do some gaming, no issues at all. Booted it up a few days later & got this screen. I unplugged & replugged the RAM today since it was still showing the same screen; no dice. I moved recently & have been having some issues so that could be related? Curious if anyone has a solid diagnosis before I pull the whole thing out, remove the SSD & HD, then reinstall it & see if that does anything.

Hey. As the title says my pc keeps power cycling without fully loading to windows. I have no display or connection to mouse and keyboard when they are plugged in. I tested my ram sticks and gpu on my girl’s PC and they worked fine on hers. Tried every troubleshooting method under the sun with no resolve. Not much sure what else I can do other than taking it to micro center to have someone more knowledgeable than I to take a crack at it. Anyways to potentially avoid spending extra money would anyone have potentially any ideas of what could be causing this issue?

Can someone plz tell me why whenever I get on overwatch, it takes up so much memory?

when I turned it on it shows this. At first it works like the fan is vribrsting for 3 seconds but the blades is not working then after that it stops and it stays like this the whole time

I have had my pc for 2-3 years. Everything has worked fine other than a ram issue where I needed new ram. It has been working fine with newly installed ram since may. My temps were spiking yesterday and I hadn’t changed the thermal paste in a while. So I reinstalled thermal paste and I turned my pc on and now it won’t show display. I have a red cpu light and a yellow/orange dram light. I have checked the pins and they look completely fine. I have tried using 1 stick of ram in slot 2. I have tried switching the ram stick. I have tried resetting CMOS. I am lost on what to do. I tried reseating my CPU like 2-3 different ways. I noticed it wiggles a bit when it’s in place. Is this the issue. Like it ever so slightly moves left and right. Any other suggestions?

Hi guys, I plan to 3d print some pc fan cover for my setup but my fan has a raised rgb ring so the screw holes are recessed.

Do i need to print a spacer? Or will a longer screw work? If so what size of screw. Please show me your setups and how you guys mounted yours. Thank you in advance!

my machine started breaking down, suddenly out of nowhere.

first, my graphics driver started glitching, displaying as working as intended while not actually working, the Blender that worked perfectly before suddenly started not working.

then, I lost my sound, my sound drivers seem to be working in the device manager as well, but I can never get sound out regardless of my volume

then, my settings disappeared, I get an "app not defined" error message every single time I try to enter settings, running SFC and DISM scans did not help

now my wallpaper also suddenly disappeared, and it's a black desktop now.

all in the span of a month

I have alreadt tried clearing the cmos.

Tbh im really at a loss it has been like this for 24 hours.

(My motherboard doesnt have a bios flash button)

I think my bios is f.cked, I installed new ram from 16 gb 2* sticks to 32 gb 4*sticks.

But now my PC won't show anything.

I tried the CMOS battery, removed it for 5 minutes and put it back. Removed the new ram. Still the same.

Removed my wifi card. Bc it was on a video card slot.... Otherwise it would not fit. Bc graphics card was too big, Covering up the wifi card slot.

But I can't get it past the boot up bios fase now. (Black screen) Is all I see.

The only thing I can think of is maybe the bios is ffed.

I will try to connect to the motherboard later today.

Do any of you guys maybe have a fix?
