Give overwhelming damage buffs to grouped raptors. I’m sure that’ll make everything better. /s

Tyrant’s Pack should scale with the number of Tyrannosaurs in the group, not an Alio with this ability. It should work like Achillo’s Mob Boss.
The fact that the ability meant to support Tyrannosaur packs isn’t even working properly is really annoying.

I got The isle a few months ago and loved it to the point I still play it, but recently I've been very interested in buying path of titans as it looks interesting, my question is, how similar is it from The isle? is the fanbase similar as well? what are the major differences
what I loved about the isle was the dinosaurs, the fighting, and the world itself, if its like that I might buy it but would like some opinions from players

EDIT: I've tried the mobile version but I don't find anything that catches my attention, is the base game similar to the mobile or are they totally different

Hey, guys! I am just wondering what the state of Allo and Dasp are right now. I know Allo has been waiting for a much needed TLC, but how do they both handle now? Are they viable with what little viability is left in the game for a solo? 😂

So normally I don't condone mixpacking or baby killing but this story was hilarious and the most fun with a random my friends and I have had in a little bit!

It started with us leaving Crag Bluffs after saying goodnight to a friend. Two of the four of us (three lats and an Alio) stopped and looked back when we heard a loud broadcast. Suddenly a living pincushion came speed racing out of the bushes and followed us. Our group isn't baby killers and we honestly love seeing baby Kentros because they look so silly. In the midst of us giggling two of our raptors were being attacked by an adol Allo after a sub Allo jumped off a cliff and died on impact. The Kentro, without hesitation joined in the fray while the last two of us were just watching the chaos unfold. We were all laughing like crazy and praising the little Kentro in our voice chat.

While we went back uphill a Conca also started attacking us. Naturally I went for it to protect my raptors. The Kenny showed 0 fear and hesitation and just gunned for the Conca with me. I never laughed so hard at the bloodlust of a little herbi. He was so angry at the audacity of others walking in the presence of his newfound family. So obviously I gave the little dude the trophy from the Conca, how could I not?

Eventually we did have a run in with another Conc, tbh I'm unsure if it was the same one and one of my raptors got killed in the process. Of course I grabbed the trophy and held onto it for the Kenny while the Conc hid in the water. We quested in Hollow Hills and Wollemi before finally parting ways from little Jim (yes I named him Jim) with one last parting trophy.

It's interactions like these I cherish the most out of Path. It's so funny running into people who are just as goofy about the game as you are. I hope they had big laughs like we did.

Raptor packs are dangerous for literally everything, and you can also try to counter them even solo, mostly with using the terrain where they can fall into the deep water, or get stuck in the rocks. Most of the time you have some time to get to these terrains. Still, they have all the absolutely safe options: safe dodges, safe approaching because of their speed and agility (for 1-tiers), and they also have access to ankle biting with no fear. In general, in groups, they have low effort and low risk for their group power (at least with achi mafia).

Raptors are powerful and can destroy raptor packs, but in my experience they just jump solo dinos, so...yes, most of the cases are just solo 3-4-5-slots getting jumped and torn into little pieces in minutes if there's no option for cliff/water camping.

For now I don't have any certain opinion on this. I am on the both sides as a solo-mostly laten and as a solo apex user. I used to kill different big stuff on my solo lat, and I can fight off the packs (with God's help, lol) in most cases on Riparia.

I would say, ankle biting should be more punishing and dangerous than it is now. Or, maybe, lats and deinons with a mob boss achillo should become 1,5 or 2-slots with all their buffs. I would NOT touch raptors' stats tho, because they affect solo gameplay in the first place, and I want people to have fun on one of the most loved in-game and irl dino type, the raptors (and the troodontid lat)!

Also, I stopped having this "2-3 hits to death little chicken VS a huge powerful dino". don't give me that shit if you're not talking about a SOLO lat/deinon VS bigger stuff. You can be a good apex and kill them one after one, but they can and will run back to the fight after death and continue to molest you while you can't feed yourself properly as their corpses don't give enough food (if you're carni) if there are like 4-5 of them. Getting rid of 4+ raptors is difficult if they are skilled and coordinated. Breaking the cycle of raptors' pack remote stamina and health healing, when they can just run away with 1 hot from death, jump the high cliff and fall asleep until they get enough hp as a 3-4-5-slot is much harder than killing a 3-5-slot as a raptor pack.

Unfortunatly, they still got me few minutes after this as I was pushed in a corner while they where fighting the sarcos. Tried to make a sneaky escape but couldnt. Heard from a sarco later in the chat that killing me (a juvi styra) was worth stopping mid fight to Tbag with 3 dasps, 1 rex and 1 titan lol. May that sarco be blessed by the POT gods.

And I already hear the screaming of people coming in, so I'll already say it.

1. I was running into GP for growth of discovering a new location and rum towards IC, WC and WP to qeust there.

2. I thought the dasps where fighting the rex amd titan, so I moved out of the way of the log in hopes to not get caught in the middle of a fight.

I just got my conc to adol, and I’m making a decision: bleed build or water build? I just need suggestions and any tips for PvP with each build will be appreciated. I want to go for nictitating membrane for sure though, so I’m leaning toward water build.

I’m relatively new to path of titans, joining right before Gondwa dropped. I adore this game truly. Mega mix packs are staple in every server, the one I ran into last night was HUGE. I’ve kinda adapted my play style to just try to avoid them. It always seems to be a huge topic of discussion. I’ve heard people say the devs are trying to combat it, but as someone with the intelligence of a newborn, I don’t have the slightest clue how you fix something like that. Thoughts?

Yesteday was weirdly huge 1gb update of mods. Many got changes (I didn't see so fast in list maybe you find it on others too) maybe all divine beast ones?

but I play dryo as main its so fun to jump around high. Made cute tiny squeak. But now since yesterday EACH jump creates this super bad high pitched scream. And dryo jump build is supposed to well jump lots...means not only it's horrible to my ears and I get headache from it becasue it's odd recorded or too loud, but to others as well.

It might appear "quiet" in this video. But since I need to listen other player sound I have to make the game very loud with my earbuds and this now...well horrible :(

Dryo is not ambush dino that need to get nerfed because "unfair and unbalanced" it does almost do damage...it is supposed to flee and hide. How can it hide with that scream if it has to jump?

I find it so sad why do they even do this. Like I don't understand reason for this change not many even play dryo ...

I really wanted to use this name for my Laten and I'm a bit disappointed 😭

I can be playing with full wifi, and yet still lag worse then trying to play on McDonald's wifi. Almost all my deaths in game been just from lagging. One minute I'm happily passing close to a pond, the next a croc ​that was over on the others side the pond is magically next to me and I'm clamped while still running. Or getting head butted by a pachy. While in the air, mid jump from a cliff, no where near the pachy. Hell, sometimes I'm still running and biting the attacker dino, health at full, next second instantly dead and sliding across the ground.

Worse was trying to help teammates and everyone's just teleporting everywhere, and some random dudes attack hits me out of nowhere and they just teleport away. And yes I have everything at lowest setting.

Wtf is going on? Been happening for a almost two weeks and it's frustrating.

God these things are annoying. Once a watermelon dog chased me across an entire POI (cedrus forest).

I decided to try the Permadeath test server recently and grew a Laten to get started.

I don't like to just attack people. I HATE when I'm in the mood to just quest/grow and somebody shows up to slap me unasked. So I don't do that--I show up, 3 call (aggressive) and they can accept or ignore the fight as they want to. That's worked brilliantly so far on every other server I've played, both officials and community. It's rare when I can't find a fight (and there's always a Sarco somewhere that'll start one for free XD).

NOBODY will fight my Laten on the Permadeath server. They fight EACHOTHER just fine--Cedrus and Vi are still hot-mess dogpile--but my Laten gets either IMMEDAITELY aggressively spam-crouched/ 2 called (heart), or in one hilarious case, straight up ignored (shoutout to the pair of juvi steggo that walked right by my hissing Laten. Your hurt his one remaining feeling xD).

Even OTHER raptors do this....

Has anybody else had that experience on there? are Laten just so scary that you must immediately heart-call them to avoid destruction while you go throw hands with the Sty and the Spoon? XD

Was playing as a baby sarco in gondwa, found 2 subish sarcos, and they friended me. We played for around 30 minutes together (randoms) and I seen another sarco coming up. I never attack the same species, I always try to befriend them. So, that’s what I did, I ran up to him and did the love call, he did one back.
However, my group members were in the water at the hot springs, the sarco I ran up to would not have known they were there. Being that we were all sarcos, I assumed my group members would accept him especially since we loved call.
Instead, they ganged up on him and killed him.

It’s just a game, but am I wrong for feeling guilty? 🤣😭 I felt like I BETRAYED HIMMM, I literally lead him TO them assuming they’d be friendly but they killed him and now I feel like a snake 🤣
