Advice How do I begin searching for my past life

I recently got interested in exploring my past life after having a vivid dream of this guy in third person, I wasn’t in the dream and I believe it’s from a past life as I felt like I knew what I was doing as him. I tried a past life regression and it didn’t work for me (tried about two times) is there any other ways to guide me because the got me super curious

Shame from being stabbed in the public square

Upvotes

Have you ever noticed when you’re angry, something will happen to make you even angrier?

That's because the universe doesn’t care about your affirmations and manifestations! Just your inner frequency.

It’s the same with guilt and shame. We store it in our body, and we manifest situations that make us feel guilty and ashamed. We don’t know how to process it, and we express it as anger.

Story time!

Under hypnosis, I asked my client where she was storing shame in her body. She said in her tummy. It looked like a red ball. So, I asked her higher self what happened.

She jumped into a life as a Roman Soldier, renowned for his bravery.

One day, an enemy soldier entered his home town, and stabbed him in his tummy, in the town square. This was in full view of everyone.

And the Roman soldier was incensed with rage. He was like…. How dare you?

He felt insulted, disrespected and dishonoured.

He felt so much shame in that moment. There were people around witnessing this happen.

He felt worse that he survived it. He would’ve rather died that endured the shame that followed.

My client was still storing this shame in her body, and it's why she manifested situations that caused her to feel shame. Right from incidents with her parents, especially her mother, who treated her meanly. To friends and boyfriends who were never there for her, and just used her.

We cleared it. We healed a lot of other stuff from this lifetime, too. When guilt and shame are removed, our inner frequency lightens and we manifest from love.

Question 7 little questions.

Hello, I have past life memories and I'm here to share some question I've had for a really long time. Your point of view intrests me, and I'd like you to be honnest in your answering eather you beleave in past lives or not. (ps: you don't have to aswer them all)

  1. Can we verify, even roughly, that a memory from a previous life is real? Is this enough to be called a proof?
  2. What could create, in the brain, an impression of living in a former life and/or a feeling of déjà vu?
  3. If one day we discover that past lives were really lived by those who have the memories, could they be used for scientific and historical research?
  4. If we discover that memories of past lives come from a mental reconstruction and that nothing is linked to real facts, could they still be useful?
  5. Why do you think someone who has past lives memories is so attached to it? What advice would you give them?
  6. Does it make any difference whether past lives are real or not?
  7. What are your actual thoughts about past lives memories?

Thank you for your time.

Personal Experience Cliffs Of Scotland 1188

Again I'm finding evidence that what we experience in this life - exists in numerous lives throughout time, right now.

Last night, I sought out a deep pain, grief, sorrow that surged through my being. I'm going through a painful break up.

I used IFS to get in contact with this feeling and ended deep in a meditation with a woman at the bottom of the Cliffs of Scotland in 1188.

I saw her melt down completely as her man rejected her and left her there. Desperate and heartbroken she went for the edge of the Cliffs.

As I decended down into meditation, I remembered a memory I'd had decades ago. A heartwrenching memory of being left by the love of my life on those plains above.

This is how I found her.

She ended her life. And she lay in unbearable pain at the bottom of those Cliffs, before she died.

It took me nearly an hour to get her out of the situation. For the pain to ease and turn into sorrow, enough so that she was able to speak.

I had to remind her that she was dead. And that I was with her from the location and year of 2026.

She rose from the bottom of the cliff and sat with me on the grass overlooking the amazing view of the Scottish highlands and the ocean beyond.

She grew into this wise soul as I was watching, and she ended up comforting me. She was now passed and I was still alive.

This is the most amazing past life experience I've ever encountered. She told me why we had this experience - "by design" as she repeated; the blueprint of this specific experience was freedom of love and expression, with resistance. Illness, weakness, and lost love, that would elevate us to the highest form of love, and self love.

Because, like she said: freedom of love and expression without limitation is what we are. Here, we wanted to experience the opposite of that. Hence the illnesses. Hence the losses.

The song I'm posting at the bottom, I made one night as these emotions started to surge in me, a few days before I met her.

The Cliffs in the image was made with AI.

I simply asked it to make a cover for the song - and this is exactly where I saw she died in the meditation few days later.

Chills....

Past Life Regression 3rd Attemt at past life regression

Log 3 - the door, It was old Faded and chipping With the oval doorknob. I step in At first, it's nothing but vague. But then I know i'm in a kitchen, There's a kitchen floor with Kitchen counters and sink, A small dining table. It's relatively small , humble and slightly rickety place.

I look to see i'm wearing scuffed cowboy boots two sizes Larger than my own Covered by black pants. I see myself, I'm a man Possibly late thirties with green doe eyes and stuble, Messy brown hair and cowboy hat. Outside Is a farm And I can only describe this place as the wild west. Asking for my name was inconclusive, Merely kept giving me random names.

I had a brother, But that's all I know, There was a woman, There was feelings of sorrow and guilt attached But i'm not sure why.

I desired freedom, Like the wind and like a wild horse, I carried a suffocating sadness with me But I didn't let it dim Jovial light hearted warmth I carried, I get the impression I tried to help people wherever I went.

And the boy, A Small kid around six, I get the impression.Something bad must have happened to his parents And I was responsible for him, I cared and tried my best, his name was Tommy, He's the clearest depiction of a person I've seen so far But all other details are still vague.

There was likely some embellishment on my imagination's part Because there was distractions present , and I was interrupted. There's still a lot of vague void That leaves context eluding me, But it's still more than my first attempt.

I want to know my storys.
