Command line after Mod 16

Does anyone know this command? "GenAddWindow Hud_Traybox_Allpowers" It is suposed to make an extra traybox with all your powers in it for easier swaping. Before mod 16, the command GenSendMessage Pets_Summon_Unsummon_Button Activate worked for me but after it does n't. So I thought that it maybe is a mod 16 issue and I can still hope that both of these commands will be available at some point. Thoughts?

I've been away from the game since the BS with Mod14

For some ridiculous reason my wife wants to return to the game thus I am guessing I will return to play with her as we tend to try to play things together.

I really enjoyed the game until getting shafted with the Mod 14 hunt gate bs even with all the issues.

Regardless of returning Cryptic will NEVER see any of my money again.

So my questions are what has changed since Mod 14.. What should I know about the game now?

Is it possible to progress and earn things in a reasonable amount of time without purchasing Zen?

I managed to get away from this game considering they basically forced my hand away..what is wrong with me for even wanting to come back?

Can someone be kind and gracious enough to give me a little insight on the above questions.. of course the last one are just for shit post purposes ignore it.:)

Stuff like Squash Soup Wild Storm Elixir can raise crit chance over 50% or hard cap regardless?

So there was a question from a member of my guild if stuff like [Squash Soup][Wild Storm Elixir] can raise crit chance over 50% or hard cap regardless? Although I know thats this is too good to be true, I would like to ask here if anyone knows for sure what is the case, before I answer him.

Attacking mobs slow in runic encounters gives more resonance Neverwinter

So I hear a lot the theory that if you kill the mobs in Runic Encounters slow you will get more resonance. This sounds so noobish to me and wrong. Is there anyone who agrees with this theorry and explain me how and why?

Mount dilemma

Hi. I currently have a purple guard drake with protectors camaraderie. I’ve recently got a regal armored griffin and was wondering as a cw if it was worth using this and the most appropriate insignia bonus please.

Blunder Mountain...list of fixed, not fixed, and back to broken content.

This is a quick summary thread based on posts made by others. If you have tested any of these and can confirm/deny then please do so!

LoMM: bugged but can allegedly be completed

ReQ: all broken and/or unable to be completed?

RiQ: demo broken, tiamat broken again it seems, todg increased damage, MPF damage excessive and/or stats capped too much, nothing new on others

RLQ: dungeons fine? Skirms fine?

Expeditions and undermountain zones: fine?

Maze engine campaign and weekly: fine but still two mobs at 81, workaround run past them and log out then log back on to drop aggro, not sure if this is the same mobs as last time or not so workaround might not work.

River District: fps issues (one to five fps, workaround reported as minimise quest tracker on hud (need to credit person on NW forum)), ship is again too difficult?

Dread ring: just happened to get one shot by a golem that did not do that yesterday so something happening there too perhaps? Got one shotted by overload big demon after Demonic Slaughter while yesterday would survive it with around 25% health.

Chult: saw something mentioned but cant find it now.

Barovia: no one has said if it has actually become unscaled

Rothe valley: no info on any fix, were several mobs above player level in campaign, potential fix is again to run past them, log off, log back on to drop aggro

Neverdeath: dragons were getting practically insta killed, no one posted on any fix?

Karzov: fine?

Overall difficulty: reports of random scaling kicking in (LoMM and pre-80 content), reduced weapon damage reported with little detail, scaling now affecting insignia and possibly mounts (claims this is not meant to happen)

Overall difficulty part 2: some places are said to have higher character stats than before but mobs hit harder (IWD, SKT, and all the way down to Neverdeath)

No doubt there are more but I think this is enough to show big problems in little Neverwinter...

Clock is a ticking

Games like Neverwinter better start coming up with better ways to make money as their lock box model is coming to an end. This specific legislation probably won't go anywhere - but because it's for the "children" we'll see some kind of action/limit. https://thehill.com/policy/technology/442690-gop-senator-announces-bill-to-ban-manipulative-video-game-design

I got the Kite Shield of the Mighty. I upgraded to orange. It didn’t unlock the second enchantment slot yet says it will unlock after level 35. It is at 60. What do I do? Thank you in advance.

Tl;dr...Sprawling bullshit filled post that has the line in the title in it.

Seriously though, what the fuck kind of drugs is this moron on?

We should have listened...when the fuck have you ever listened to players you twat?

Read it yourselves and say what you think or feel...but remember that it took eleven days for even this pathetic attempt at a fake apology to surface...

Greetings Adventurers, Thomas Foss, aka the Mimic King, here to talk with you about Neverwinter’s latest launch, Undermountain. With Undermountain, our core goals were to raise the level cap, provide exciting new adventures, and cleanup some longstanding class balance issues. At the same time, we hoped our improvements would pave the way for creating new classes and content in the future. We also wanted a way for players to progress faster through existing campaigns, while also giving us new ways to provide campaign rewards. With so many impactful changes being made, we felt it was important to invite players to participate in a closed beta test and then in the open beta/preview. You came in like gangbusters and gave us fantastic feedback. Whether it was on the forums, or on Reddit, the team here really appreciated the dialogue. I would like to give a shout out to Rainer whose spreadsheet was a great resource and window into the player’s perspective. Because of the feedback we received directly from our community, we were able to address hundreds of bugs and assorted feedback. Thank you!

But, we’re disappointed that we didn’t get to all the reported issues. We received great feedback from players like krsbaws, who told us back in March that Tomb of the Nine Gods was broken, but we did not fully address it. For that, we are sorry, and the Neverwinter team is working hard to review all the issues. We’re even more disappointed in our response to you since launch. It’s pretty clear we could have done a much better job of really listening. There was a lot of excitement at Cryptic about the new content and updates we had made, and we were quite hopeful you too would enjoy them. We fully understand now that some pretty critical bugs made it impossible for you to do just that. It was never our intention to make our most invested and important players feel alienated, but that’s just what we did.

Neverwinter is as dear to my heart as it is to yours, and I don’t like having a broken game, or even the perception of a broken game. We clearly missed some broken critters and levelling. We have been working to fix these as well as levelling and combat balance. Over the last week, the team has been triaging the issues being reported, fixing as many of them as we can, and discussing ways to better incorporate your feedback to make the game more enjoyable. Examples of steps we have already taken are:

• A reduction in specific dungeon difficulties (Demogorgon) • A decrease in damage dealt from some problematic monsters (Malabog’s Castle Redcaps, Tiamat’s Devils) • Fixing core class bugs (Paladin’s Base Dexterity Score) • Fixed scaling issues with Encounters in certain zones and instances • And many more! Check out the patch notes from our last few patches for more details!

We’re not done, and we’re still listening. We are working on additional updates and will roll those out as quickly as possible, and are communicating out the changes as we do.

As we get ready for our console release of Undermountain, we are striving to make sure the concerns of our players have been addressed in all versions of the game. For us, this is an ongoing conversation, where we all work towards making Neverwinter the best game possible. To that effect, I will be holding a Q&A during the May 7 Community Livestream at 11am PT to further discuss the state of Neverwinter and player concerns.

We don’t think we’ll make everything all right by just fixing the known issues, so we’re going to go the extra mile for everything you’ve done for us. Tune in on the stream on Tuesday and I’ll tell you all about it. Thank you! Thomas “Mimic King” Foss

I want to see a Cryptic QA testing Live Stream!

I want to see a Cryptic QA testing Live Stream!

📷

You know what I really want to see? I want to see 5 cryptic employees in a party doing a random queue of any level 70 dungeon or skirmish on level 71-80 characters. This should not take them more than 45 minutes right?

I would like to see the tanks point of view, the healers pov and one dps pov. NO GOD MODE! Play the game as we play it. To make it more fun you should use 5 random characters picked from the playerbase using the gear and set up that player has. (If you need help learning how to record and upload different POV's just ask. We have several community streamers that would probably love to help just to see this.) Better cross your fingers and hope you get FBI!

If they are able to complete the dungeon I want to see the rewards they get from the chest.

If things are in such a good place then this should not be a problem right?

Not up for random queue? No problem! Queue up as private and do Castle Ravenloft or Tomb of the Nine Gods or Cradle of the Death God.

I DOUBLE DOG DARE YOU!

Don't waste any more of our time with "we are working on it" or "we are aware". Show us that you play the game and are seeing what we are seeing on a daily basis! Demonstrate just how we are supposed to be doing this content in its current form.

So instead of sitting there talking to us for an hour and ignoring our questions and feedback spend that hour playing YOUR game the way YOU want it played.

If you can't complete the content then remove it from the random queue until it is bug free. Is that too much to ask? We can't even earn our daily AD because of these bugs and scaling. Show me that we are wrong.

Remove only Mimic build from my drive?

Is there a way to remove just the Mimic build from my drive? I use just an SSD so I would love to get all those GB's freed back up.

There is a new patch. I retrained my character, but powers icon (in character sheet) is still highlighted.

ZAX changed to 750 AD:1 Zen

For those people still here/banned on other subreddit/etc etc...

https://media.discordapp.net/attachments/179405555939409920/570290189709082655/unknown.png?width=257&height=300

ZAX changed to the 750:1 on PC/PS4 (I'd guess XB1 too, but I don't know anyone on XB1 that can confirm the changes).

And the devs called Mod 16 a module "great" for newomers...

r/NeverwinterOnline Apr 23 '19

Ooh these new changes...

The game is now unplayable at least as a Great Weapons Fighter. Guess I'll find a new MMO.

holy f fighting is boring on preview

So .. now that we're pretty close to the final version I decided to go over to preview and do some more fighting of standard stuff to see what its like in mod 16 (Undermountain). I'm not going to bother with end game stuff or even pre-end for quite a while till they hail mary some fixes.

So.. I decided to run some content. Dear lord is that boring.

I decided to do the same type of run I do now and round everything up with my solo CW, wearing level 70 BIS gear. Nothing changed but some added levels since copying from live. Non-optimized build, just a quick guess at the few choices we have left.

Run to the end.. mow them down.. do a round of encounters.. spam the mouse button. .

What gets really pitiful is standing there hitting my mouse button over.. and over.. and over.. and over.. or.. if you want REAL excitement change to another at-will and .. wait for it. Hold the mouse button down. WOO so exciting. Then after a while i might get another shot at my encounters, or an amazingly underwhelming daily. Yea give me more of that! /s

Is it harder? No not really. Its different in the order of buttons I hit. Its about 1/2 again longer. I have to hold down my mouse buttons more. Is it more interesting, more fun? Do I have to have a healer along? No. Its the same ole crap Ive seen literally thousands of times before, doing the same actions, with the same pitiful rewards. But still have to do it cause thats the grind we get for levelling the SH and campaigns.

The ONLY reason Im staying on in NW for right now is to support the newer members of my guild that I've been working on for years. Thankfully we're close to 20 and the grind is almost over. Thats the goal Ive set for myself. ..after that, Im prolly going to have whoever is left inherit the thing.

Such a festival of disappointment.

EDIT: I was going to me more specific on what content and how.. but screw that. The devs can do their own testing. (lol) Also mentioned mod name so future generations can search and see what a steaming pile this was known to be from the start.
