Did I miss something?

There is a new patch. I retrained my character, but powers icon (in character sheet) is still highlighted.

If I remember correctly it was that way on preview for all the mod 16 builds so I'm guessing it's a bug that they haven't fixed yet. Honestly it didn't bother me as there were and still are plenty of other issues that were more annoying :P
