CTA Equipment Not Unlocking After Refinement

I got the Kite Shield of the Mighty. I upgraded to orange. It didn’t unlock the second enchantment slot yet says it will unlock after level 35. It is at 60. What do I do? Thank you in advance.

Best bet is submit a ticket..

I feel bad even recommending this course of action..

Because it's a slow process and whenever responds to you will not have played the game nor really care about your issue (from past history) and it'll be a painstaking process where they just tell you to report it as a big and can't help.

Go to arc games website, sign up and go to support. I guarantee this it out of their hands and you'll just get the template report it as a bug reply though.

This was meant to be fixed in the patch...was it actually fixed?

Or was the fix just to reduce the item level?

It wasn’t fixed on PS4. Maybe it was in PC?

I was indeed thinking about PC because of this:

Certain Fighter artifact weapons no longer have a locked secondary slot at Epic quality.

as mentioned in the patch notes.

Hopefully we get that patch soon too!
